Tinlicker, one of my biggest inspirations, melodies so soft, but so powerful, amazing duo. My favorite track is "Watching Over You", the melody is so playful and soft, it's plucky and bassy, it's very deep in the mix, not loud, but on purpose, it gives such a cool vibe. at 7:16, the second drop of sleepwalker is their best loop ever the more ear candy the better in 8:15 you contradict yourself, where now drop #2 is good storytelling
Not sure I follow why I contradict myself at 8.15 i'm talking about drop 1 in both parts there... drop 2 they change the vibe entirely, which supports the idea of variation in the song, which is what i'm saying in this topic, isn't it?
Also one extra tip to know is: Label hopping. From the looks of their streams, these guys label hopped a whole bunch of times hence one of the reasons why they have so many spotify plays.

I get different ideas that suit different genres, its better to widen your musical knowledge to adapt your idea to that genre. you don't have to stick to deep house, melodic house etc. i have a more chilled out track that i have nearly finished, the style didn't fit deep house etc . all the tracks you played leo are great reference tracks.
