Hellow,i order leovince tt for my runner sp 50 2008,can you tell me best weight of rollers fo this exhaust?I have malossi pedals, racing air filter with holes in airbox malossi variator!
You must put higher tension clutch springs, they come with the exhaust. firstly try 6.2 gram rollers. do not forget to increase the fuel main jet to balance the air fuel ratio.
@@scooterstreetau i have full stock peugeot jet force 2008, 50cc (no restrictors). right now top speed is 75, will leovince tt make my top speed bigger, and torque better?
@@kalista1603 Yes it will. When you fit any exhaust you MUST increase the fuel to the cylinder and fine tune transmission, rollers or Variator and an upgraded clutch or clutch spring kit. There are several other parts that will allow more gains but this is the minimum.
@@kalista1603 Increasing the main jet is a must for now, especially if your on a tight budget, ultimately the larger carby will be a fantastic upgrade but it can wait until you go for the 70cc kit.. Many of the JetForce were injected, I believe it was a 17.5 carb in the 2008 but just check..
I have stock aprilia sr50r 2016, i put leovince tt and i have 60 jet and it goes 100-110 but i notice that gas leaks from the exhaust, does this mean that i need to put the standard 53 jet?
@@scooterstreetau it leakes from the exit of the silencer, i think that the carburator cant handle that amount of gas, because when you turn on the engine the first 5-10min it sounds like the engine is suffocatting then is ok

@@scooterstreetau i want to order it but on the website it says that the restriction is integrated into the design of the pipe, so it is not possible to remove the restriction like on normal pipes!
@@ocke056 If that is the case, you should buy another exhaust, this is unusual as all other exhausts have the restrictor in the head pipe or the stinger.

I cannot talk for others, but from my personal experience, removing this definitely worked for me. A gain of 15-20 kph on a 50cc with tuning. We have done this same removal to hundreds of exhaust all with the same power increase as a result. Best to try and see how you go. Please let us know.

Hey dude, i came buy a while ago your shop is closed, but i was wondering If i can still get parts off you?
You sure can, we have relocated to Bundall.
Aren’t there another restrictor in the silencer too, just like yasuni r?
We checked and there was no restrictor. The new version may have.. Did you check?
I had restrictor in the silencer.
@@veetilaukkanen5835 what restrictor is that?
Man, i put one of this on my aerox. But can i get 100kmh with a stock build? Or what i need to change?
You will need to change the cylinder and also many tuning parts, carby, transmission and so on..

Yes you can. You need to weld so it does not move.

Only at the header pipe entry hole.

I just removed it the same problem no power
Contact the supplier. The engine must be tuned to suit the exhaust.

I have the same exhaust but piaggio motor Do i have the same restrictor?
Yes, the TT's all come from the factory with a restrictor cone. It is quite easy to remove.

Yes, weld it back into place as it was.

Far better without.

about 30% louder
