I tried to get my gf back two days ago with flowers. We had been no contact for a week and I thought as it’s Christmas I would go to her with flowers to try and talk. I have been in no contact 1 year now at the beginning I thought of her every second of the day depressed , and in panic mode like I had to do something, I recently have found myself doing my old hobbies again I have literally stopped myself and been like wait I an supposed to be thinking of her, why am I not? It's been one week and reading about it I find this is not a good idea. I've only stumbled across the no contact rule today. So, my question is, do I keep my ex blocked, or do I unblock them? I am torn for an answer and not sure how to proceed forward with the no contact rule.

Those "little things" allowed me to get full custody of my children when doing the right legal thing was instrumental in the decision.
