CARABAO TOCINO .... HHmmmnn sounds interesting. Hindi ko pa natitikman ang carabao tocino ha ... Mukhang so very masarap nga at mukaha namang madali siyang gawin. Ang ganda ng curing salt na niliagay mo - pink na pink. At ang lalong nagpasarap niyan yata yung pineapple juice. RAPSA RAPSA namang talaga. Kailangan pala 24 hours na imarinate so syempre mas masarap. Pero syempre, mas matagal, mas masarap. Pero alam mo kapatid, mas masarap pa yan kung bibigyan mo ako he he he ... Pumasok na ako sa mansyon mo at nag-iwan na rin ng napakagandang regalo para sa yo .... Stay safe always and keep making ... and sharing ... MAGANDANG ARAW !!!

To be quite honest never ko pa na try tocinong kalabaw. Just the traditional pork tocino. Mukhang mapapa unli rice ka nito lalo na at naka marinate ng 24hrs, for sure mas malasa yan kasi naka absorb ng maigi ang sauce sa karne. Sad lang kasi even if I want to try this recipe, walang mabilhan ng karneng kalabaw dito. Kangaroo lang ang meron 😂
Un kinakain nio po s mga tapsilougan s kanto or pares kanto mamihan yan po ang gamit nila dahil mas mura at d nagkakalayo ng lasa s baka kun tawagin nila yan carabeef
