    Watching here in US Greetings!!! Yan ang buro i do liked this video on how to make Buro.. Its been 35 years na ako di nakakakain ng buro and bukas i will try to make buro , so sad kasi misis ko di alam kainin ang buro kasi taga Las Pinas sila but siguro kapag ako gagawa at isa pa walang mabili ng buro dito much better kung ako kusa gagawa tyak kakainin nya (i hope)..Stay Healthy and God Bless sa inyong lahat dyan...

      Pwede din po suguro, pero di ko pa nasubukan. Mainam po kung gagamitin nyo ang frozen shrimp tadtarin na muna po maliliit parang kanin kasi po matigas ang na frozen na shrimp kesa fresh. Try din po ang Tilapia masarap din same lang procedure hiwain lang maliliit at same din mga ginamit ko sa pagluto.

      Hello po! Di po pede ang pusit kasi po di natutunaw ang pusit di kagaya ng hipon o isda malambot. Isda sa tabang at isdang dagat ay pede po gamitin lalu na kung maliliit na isda lang at tyakin lang na tanggalin ang kaliskis.

      Ay wa kapatad purong ku pong kapampangan. Dakal pu salamat keng kekayong suporta kapatad. Mas masanting pu nung tadraran mulang malati deng paro kaybat dang mebalat. Pota naman gawa kung baguk para ka reng ofw na ala lang akit fresh shrim malati pang baguk.

      Ay matagal po, pede po i reff. Then init mo na lang po sa twing gusto mo kumain. Mas mainam po i divide nyo po sa plastic per serve bago i freeze Para yun Lang ang i init nyo.

      Pareho po lagyan ng asin, hwag madaming asin para hindi matagal umasim. Matagal umasim pag sobra sa asin po. Mainam tadtarin ang hipon na parang giniling mas mainam.

    Pwede po ba sa babasagin na garapon ilagay? Ska pwd po ba sa ref ilagay during fermentation period?

      Pede po Ma'm gamitin ang glass jars, pero di pede i ref habang nag ferment ng burong isda or hipon. Mag ok kung normal lang na temperature mas mabilis umasim.

      Kung buro isda oh hipon mamainam i blender nyo na ang mga hipon kahit may balat ok lang po. Then Ng usda nmn kahit tadtarin nyo na rin na parang giniling saka sundin ang proseso ng pag buro gang 6 days mas ok sya pag maasim.
