Watch out for their interpretation on 11th; definitely it will go for the sitting government. Don’t be surprised their interpretation will permit the mps to stay until their term ends! You watch! It will never go contrary to this!
the word erred implies an error; what the SC did and ultimately rendered as their decision implies calculated malice, mischief and immorality that borders on criminality
No, on the last point, the CJ said that prior to the speaker ruling on, the majority leader had already go to the SC and on the day of the speaker’s ruling, he was aware that the NPP had gone to court and parliament had been served
This man , who was supposed to know better called a Judge a serial caller for the NPP … I am completely scandalized … He should know better than denigrating the Supreme Court anytime he is given the opportunity.. I wonder why Joy fm calls him on such matters if not to further establish that they themselves are just being as mischievous as Afenyo Markin had earlier alluded to .
@ how fair was he to the learned judge :.. this man who is supposed to be a legal luminary says the Supreme Court is now a wing of the NPP … how lowly he descended into pedestrian commentary .. absolute contempt t of the supreme court …
@ you think that the Ansah Asare should sink so low to make statements as if he has no safety valves in his legal brains and should know when to spew what when given opportunity to educate the populace? Why should you be made to recant statements after being corrected by someone much much much junior to you at the bar ? How contemptible !!!!!!!!
@imperialengineeringsolutio90 and you do not think the Supreme Court is ACTING ULTRA VIRES? The judges are not infallible. The CJ actions are wrong. Period. She has also sank low.
I am not a lawyer and do not know the law as much and I recognize sound reasoning when I hear one . Consistently however , I have been disappointed in the submissions of Ansah Asare in various matters of law when he gets called by Joy fm to give his opinion on matters of law on various happenings . He consistently defends into partisanship , makes comments that showcase his political bias and defends into pedestrian talk instead of speaking of the law .. His background should have afforded us some legal education in matters like this but often it I get riled by his comments rather than learning anything
Why not, if you are fair in your mind and heart, you wouldn't feel the way you feel. This is how easily we exhibit our hypocrisy. Haven't you seen the poster of the judge as a parliamentary candidate circulating on social media? Stop pretending to be neutral.
What exactly is your point? He's been consistent in expressing his opinions. If you disagree, state exactly what you disagree with. Some of us are trying to hear both sides and make our own judgement... So far he maintains his stance.
@@stanleyOv you fail to see my point … no issue … I am just stating that he does not do justice to the opportunity given him per his status as a l legal educator …. He makes statements that even junior lawyers won’t do … how can you say that the supreme court is now a wing of the ruling party ? How can you say that they lack conscience ? How can you call a judge a serial caller of the Npp? How can you say the Supreme Court is playing “ chacha” with cases ? How can such a man also say that the Supreme Court has become predictable ? He sounds more like serial caller to me …. Mundane and absolutely low in my view

And if it goes contrary ?
😂😂 is that not obvious?
@barooosi, you must be a stranger in Ghana to think that the verdict will be contrary.
@ so long as the verdict is based on law and makes sense I’m fine. It can go either way and that is something we should all understand.
It can’t go any other way. 😂
Predictable Supreme Court. The supreme court belongs to the npp, what do you expect?
the word erred implies an error; what the SC did and ultimately rendered as their decision implies calculated malice, mischief and immorality that borders on criminality
The CJ has already indicated the kind of verdict she will give on the 11th. She will just say the same things.
I agree with you

Be to fair , he withdrew that statement and you seem to forget that.
@ but how on earth could that statement be spewed out by him on national radio .. if not for partisanship??????!?! !!!!!!!
