Mike, Me and the misses are always entertained with whatever projects you have going on in your busy days! Your abilities astound both of us in what you take on and get completed! We will remain your loyal, consistent, subscribed audience members! Will and Teresa from Chandler, AZ USA!👍🙏🙋♂🙋♀❤
"A little awkward, but the best things in life are" True, very true. The cameo was great too. I think your video and editing skills are as good as your mcguyvering.
Lmao. Adult Movie Voice Over Man aka MBTS appeared like a jedi welders Obi Wan Kenobi. Remember to use the weave Kleeman, use the weave. The amps are strong in this one.......
I apologise, this is on a tangent, but the thought keeps occurring to me. Next time you're burning in the woods, put a camera on it for the whole burn. "Fireplace in a box" is one of the videos YT keeps putting up when I pause a video. You could have a "fireplace in the woods" version. You do great work, Michael. Keep it up.
Well I’m impressed with the very important job you’re doing. Namely being a Dad to those two young ladies. Father -Daughter dances are must do for all of us ( We have 3) blessed to have daughters.
Hey Mike, it's nice to see the " Kleeman World Headquarters" roof made it through the winter. Love your videos, always look forward to Monday and Thursday.
The Kleeman Khronikles continue....maybe you should get a little taller chair to put in the 555, help you see over the steering wheel a little better. Casters on the bottom of the slab was genius. Great channel, great content.
Hi Mike. The host on one of the popular welding channels (can't remember which one) always says "make your next weld better than your last". Sounds like you have that covered. My welding goal is always to stick 2 pieces of metal together so that they don't fall apart. Occasionally, they don't look horrible!
Hello Mike. As good as you are with welding, just a couple of pointers from Aaron is all you need to add that skill to your ever-growing list of hats that you wear. Have good days!
Don't know how you operate the loader without a seat! lol. I guess it encourages you to not be in it all day long! Love the videos and love that you share what you do. Keep on keeping on Cap!
Hi Mike, I love how you mock your own work though in my opinion ( I’m a tradesman ) your work is superb. Ok, maybe not everything has that factory cosmetic finish but that’s not necessary for heavy duty machinery and you always seem to revisit your projects and want to improve them. Love both your channels, keep being you . Best wishes to you and your family, from Britain 👍👍🇺🇸🇬🇧
Always good stuff from the Captain, the cameo by MBTS was so funny. I’ll just add a ditto to the voltage regulator comments. Keep on keeping on and be safe Captain.
Progress!!! Check that alternator with the throttle up some next time. Some of the one wire alternators take a decent amount of rpm to start making power.
That's awesome taking your little girl to the daddy daughter dance. And having Lord Muck around was great. Hope you all had a good visit and I think you helped the forks a lot.
May need an exciter wire to make the alternator work and some alternators get excited off idle, they won't charge at idle speed. Just some info, love the videos keep up the great work!
Your getting really clever with your filming, are you using green screen as I think that's the only way you would have got Mbts there. 🤣😂 Brilliant idea to move the Oak planks, I can see it becoming all the rage. 👍
As always,if there is a way , you will find it.on your never ending battle to do what you gotta do to get the job done.great little video.Mike just keep doing your thing.😎😎😎👍👍👍
"Whadda ya do if a hose blows while you're taking this off?" Same question occurred to me a couple of days ago, and the answer I came up with was "see how fast you can move while covered in hot hydraulic oil, but most likely, a few days off while in the hospital." Thanks for the video, take care.
Love it Mike! You personality , perseverance and just plain I’ll figure it out and get it done attitude is why I like your videos! And YES your welds are improving! Of course, that’s what happens the more you do things! Anyway, thanks for sharing and taking us all along the journey! Until next time!
Thanks for the update, nice job on reinforcing the fork QD on the ole triple nickel, everyday progress is the key to accomplishing the To do lists, appreciate the video.
Cap’n, methinks you’ve been channeling MBTS all along. My proof? In case you didn’t notice… he was watching over your shoulder and forgot, for one cameo moment, to invoke his cloaking powers!!! I have a few ideas about those slabs… I’d like to talk with you, about them, in another year or so when they get dry enough to use? I’m glad you got the materials gathered up for the YT Yacht sheathing…. Looks like you’ll have it in the dry… just in time for the spring rains to stop!!! Perfect planning bud…
Thanks for sharing your thoughts, ideas and videos. Great to see the fork repair went ok and the supplies and lift are on sight. In reflection I’m trying to decide which was more impressive, MBS making a cameo appearance, you had the opportunity to visit with Lord Muck, or that you can transport a load that wide from the Derby market to your house, without passing anyone going the other way on the incredibly narrow roads you have in your area. The only roads I’ve seen narrower on video are in the UK. Check out the HoofGP, he’s in Ireland and the roads are so narrow I’m sometimes amazed with the speed he drives at while transporting his squeeze chute. They make the aisles in the barns he sets up in appear roomy. 😂 Wishing you and your family the best.
I was impressed with how easily that oak slab rolled on those tiny hard casters. I thought that they might hand up on a large grain of sand. You called that right.
Are them whiskers or black zip ties? lol I agree with Stew you need to install that voltage regulator. It will help you in determining if your getting the proper current
Welds are fine Mike! It looks a lot stronger than before brother! Yeah, it’s always a nice day listening to the birds singing! Relaxing! It’s snug but it’ll work some slack into itself as you use it! Grease it for sliding to attach up!
If you bore some holes in the new brackets on top of the forks, they would make handy points to secure ratchet straps or shackles for securing sketchy loads.
Back in the mid seventy I lived in Fargo North Dakota . As an after work income in the spring and the fall some people would have me change thermostats to make their vehicles run warmer or cooler with the seasons. New thermostats were defective from the start and some would even fail sometimes in within weeks of installation . That's just one instance of part's that will fail or have short lives . Thats why there's warrants different levels of products .
You could add those nylon bumper markers like you used to see on trucks to locate bumper corners to locate ends of your implement. Should be able to see from cab.
hey mike that voltage rectifier/conntroller is what tells the alternator to charge which would explain the 12.2 reading if you put the new one in then it should charge at over 14v loved the video
Cameo of MBTS - outstanding - Who thought of that? Well at least he was helping a novice welder to improve his technique, even if it was just a dream... Your own technique with the loader is also improving - you've obviously been watching DP or else his likeness on film, Sorry, that's the history channel. Anyway work is being done with some success, things are looking up, oh sorry that's the man lift. Good show and best wishes from UK.
Not saying this video was a let down but, the Gym thumbnail got me really excited about the possibilities of this video. Aaron’s cameo almost made up for it lol
That last piece you put inside on the back is going to do the best to keep it from jumping off . The only way to make it stronger is to make the top strip wider so it has more to lock it in. Tell MBTS to weld the inside brace like you did on the limb saw , or it will jump off on them .
It’s probably time to pull and push the roof on the HQ building. The wood has had a couple months to recover and move. So you should give her another adjustment.
Matt, Try using a volt meter from the positive battery terminal and the plastic case of the battery. You may be surprised of the voltage being drawn from the battery by a dirty moist or wet battery case. It's very important to keep the battery clean, hence the battery box with a cover! Just try it, what do you have to loose but voltage draw!
You could still have a voltage regulator issue. The alternator will likely have two spade connections (maybe they're studs) plus your main battery connection. If you put 12 volts to both of the spade connections, you should see full alternator output at the battery terminal. That'll tell you if the alternator is good. Do this test momentarily.
🤣🤣 When you started talking about schedules and MBTS welding tips, I had this feeling MBTS was going to pop in this video. And like a ninja, MBTS showed up! 🤣🤣 Almost as if you were secretly foreshadowing a MBTS cameo! Upgrading and reinforcing the quick attach forks will certainly address the weak points. But heavier duty forks for the 555 are definitely a necessity. Maybe a set from a retired front-end loader (like DPs). I'm sure Clint could help you find a decent set! Unless there is a specific set that was designed for the 555.
Good stuff there Mike enjoyed the video, you just never know who’s going to sneak up on you anymore. You should’ve put Aaron to work while you had him there.👍🏻
The cameo by Aaron MBTS was priceless 🤣🤣😂🤣
The ghost MTBS bit was clever…..set up well, implemented nicely, and not overdone 💪
A video with Aaron in is always excellent no matter how long he is in the shot.
He truly is the man behind the scenes. lol that was great.
🤣🤣 exactly!!

I love it!!!
Captain you always find a way to get it done! Thanks for sharing! Kevin
For a self taught guy. You're doing great. Your progression is easy to see. Glad Aaron stopped in for a few pointers. Doing is learning.
Keep it up.
Engineering, fabrication, welding and phantom MBTS!! Just great!!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🍀🍀😁
You have the best humor. Never gets old. MBTS segment was creative.
Well I’m impressed with the very important job you’re doing. Namely being a Dad to those two young ladies. Father -Daughter dances are must do for all of us ( We have 3) blessed to have daughters.
It don't have to look beautiful to work, hope you have fun at the Daddy daughter dance, something your daughter will never forget!
Hey Mike, it's nice to see the " Kleeman World Headquarters" roof made it through the winter. Love your videos, always look forward to Monday and Thursday.
13:25 Look at the lush green grass! It's come along very well since you cleaned up from all the wood cutting and splitting! 👍👍
Nice job Nice tractors good show 👏👏👏👍👍👍👍😃
Very clever manoeuvring Mike. Well done 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Little improvement at a time. It's a choose your own adventure gotta love it. Great video. Stay safe
Loved the brief "Angel over the shoulder" cameo by MBTS. Not really sure about the Angel part but sounded good, lol
The Kleeman Khronikles continue....maybe you should get a little taller chair to put in the 555, help you see over the steering wheel a little better. Casters on the bottom of the slab was genius. Great channel, great content.
That comedian Arron is quite the welder... Point of review from a European welding inspector. Nice video and thumbs up!
Excellent backhoe parking brake engagement.
That welding chair sure was a good investment.
🤣
The "vision" of Aaron as welding Sensei teaching you was so funny! 🥰You nailed the scene with the editing. 👍

Hey cap't, we're all out here doing the same thing, just one foot in front of the other brother.
Hello Mike. As good as you are with welding, just a couple of pointers from Aaron is all you need to add that skill to your ever-growing list of hats that you wear. Have good days!
Thanks!
The way you worked MBTS into that scene was hilarious. Way to go my friend.
Thanks!
@@CaptainKleeman 👍
Thank you Mike, always a pleasure.
Good fix! Thumbs up 👍
💪
Don't know how you operate the loader without a seat! lol. I guess it encourages you to not be in it all day long! Love the videos and love that you share what you do. Keep on keeping on Cap!
I agree, your vertical beads are looking pretty good.
Thanks!
Great video, have to love the rural life. Your welding is coming along nicely.
Your welding skills have greatly improved
Thanks!

Great job and video! Getting ready for the yacht videos! Thanks for sharing! 😊
Nice little cameo with MBtS
💪

Hi Mike & it's is Randy and i like yours video is cool & Thanks Mike & Friends Randy

MBHS cameo - nice touch.

Mission accomplished brother! 👌🏻👍🏻👍🏻
💪
The voltage regulator is what activates the alternator, it regulates the voltage so that $20 part will likely fix it, great videos
Thanks for the update, nice job on reinforcing the fork QD on the ole triple nickel, everyday progress is the key to accomplishing the To do lists, appreciate the video.
Nice to see "Jim Naseum" again!
The man behind the scenes cameo was funny 🇬🇧🇬🇧👍👍
🤣
Love the videos. Especially like your resourceful thinking.
great video Mike, welds are looking much better and the triple nickel is giving you your moneys worth, thanks for sharing 👍👍👍👍👍
"And Lord Muck himself" ... gee, I wonder who that is. Great to see Aaron in the mix, nice touch, truly funny.

Hi HI Captain. Greetings from Jamaica 🇯🇲. This channel just amazed everything you watched
💪
I was wondering the other day what's happening with the new Kleeman HQ building project...and there it was
Love the use of the yellow handled persuader……
Handiest of tools
Aaron Bumm...Master Welder!!!

Another good video thank you see you on the next one
💪
Quite the Empire your building
Thanks!
Aaron: Use the force Mike.
Everything is coming along great Mike, oh and your welding looks great👍👍😎😎🍮🍮❤️
If you bore some holes in the new brackets on top of the forks, they would make handy points to secure ratchet straps or shackles for securing sketchy loads.
Hey Captain, I'd love to see you dance with your daughter! 🥰 Good video👌👍
You are a much better welder than me

Jack of all trades for sure.
Yes, I think the repairs should work. Your welding skills are getting better. Couple of pointers by Aaron should help.

I would recommend replacing the regulator your reading battery voltage at alternator. Regulator should excite the alt to charge.
