Trying to develop agriculture in the Nyassa region ha a long history: i was there in 1997 1998 when the first Boers arrived. This is like White Americans saying they are not Europeans. I've seen many Afrikaners mix into predominately white European countries and do well. It is true that one can't farm close the settlement, as a black Namibian i can attest to this.And this affecting both blacks and white in my country. This is like White Americans saying they are not Europeans. I've seen many Afrikaners mix into predominately white European countries and do well. I know that lots of white South African families immigrated to Russia and they are very happy now. They were accepted very well and they make good money for high quality family life. Many people know the fact that Russia is the largest country in the world but they are not aware that Russia is also one of the richest countries in the world. Also farming in Russia is very well developed so lots of white farmers went to Russia, not only from South Africa but also from some European countries and many of them got farming land for free. You should probable go to Russian embassy in South Africa and inquire about immigrating to Russia and getting much better life, as in South Africa situation will only got worse for white people.

I'm just wonder why they settle down there even though their original motherlands already granted independence to African countries....I'm from Myanmar and British colonized mine....They just depleted the country's economic during their century long rule but they didn't touch the religion or cultural assimilation , they didn't even bother to settle here too .....when they gave independence, they all got out of our country except a few Anglo-Burmese ( mixed people like my family ) remained and we either adopted the Burmese culture by getting trace of British ancestry in a generation or two after the British left.

They didn't have it there and ever since they gained independence years before SA did, they poured into the apartheid state by the thousands, from as far away as Nigeria, Ethiopia, Somalia and Ghana - walking thousands of miles in some cases. It is true that one can't farm close the settlement, as a black Namibian i can attest to this.And this affecting both blacks and white in my country. The people in the settlement do steal too much from the farms due to the proximity to the farms and it kills the economic viability of the particular country, unless the law applied to the letter.
