I wonder if Esme’s costume will also have different skirts/shorts/pants depending on what queens she plays, because her costume looks like a mix of all the queens!
Hope so! It always slightly irritates me that when Boleyn covers do not have green incorporated into their costumes, because Boleyn sings a line saying “my sleeves may be green, but my lipstick’s red.”
@@TimeToBlowYourMind Lol, that's true! But also, that line is a reference to the song Greensleves which was said to have been written from Henry to Anne, but I think it makes more sense when Boleyn is wearing the green costume!
New alternate costume is great, I wish maybe some These “3/4 circle skirt” variations leant more into the squares from Boleyn’s design. It’s seems like it’s the only “principal” costume that, other than the sleeves, isn’t used for a lot of reference for the alternates. (I know there some that get the skirt, but still). Again I love the costume itself but seeing it next to Aragon and Parr it falls a little flat. That said I’d accept it if I saw it live cause she sounds great

So far, she was trousers for Parr and just changes hairstyles for Boleyn, Howard and Seymour
And Aragon. I think cleves may be different so it does the reveal

The costume designer called it Silver! In the picture you can see it better, with the lights it really seems to change colour!
