the fact there quite a high way up and are performing like there on ground showing no fear is impressive i would be dying 😂
it's *they're* not there....
The life of a performer. Sometimes you gotta do some scary stuff and make it look effortless and fun.
I know, but thet are taking all the safety procasions they can, like you can see there are some kind off roap on then to chatch them if the shud fall down.
They are strapped in with harnesses if you look not-even-that-closely
Yea and for example you're one of those backup singers cuz someone is sick/hurt or something then you're performing there-
If I was Catherine of Aragon and I was singing I would be shock- "he got doWwnnNnnNn on one knee and I said no wAYyyyYy" 😂
Jane Seymour one is so precious gem. This voice is truly something else!
Must admit Six has never really caught my attention but from a neutral perspective this is probably the best rendition of this song I've heard after comparing it to others.
So glad some of the SwAlts were able to perform for this as well! Great performance, queens - especially considering the height!
Well tesemye isnt doing west end live, I was looking forward to seeing Danielle but this suggests it might be Esme although danielle might have been on holiday when this happened
@@ftminton3256 tsemaye was on the ground; she hates heights!
Yeh and she is gonna be away for west end live
@@ftminton3256 update: Danielle is doing west end live for Howard. Although it could change
The fact that they are STRAPPED INTO SAFETY HARNESSES!
IIRC, British law has a different standard for responsibility than the US. It can make some things seem strange to us.
@@klfjoat yeah its why we dont have any school shootings on a daily basis
Of course they are. Why wouldn't they be?
@@klfjoat Um, we'd have the same rule in the US though.
This is so cool! Imagine walking by & get a broadway performance like this!
You mean west end as the uk doesn’t have broadway we have the west end
It would be west end because this originated in west end + its in london where the west end is
I am sooo singing "Six" next time my Health and Safety Officer straps me into the safety harness 😎
This song gets to me all the time!!! Original Spice girls!!! girl power
This is actually so impressive
SEEING THIS IN THE NEXT HOUR
This looks so fun!
love you queens!!!!!
This is a show I wanna go see so bad
¡Qué padre! Saludos desde 🇲🇽. 😊❤️
¡Sí! bueno ver escuchar de otros países!
Por fin alguien que también ve six
Correction they perform the song “six” from six … this is not the mashup of ex wives / six like you have advertised 😂
They might have sung both but only one is online
@@Rebeccaannjarvis they only sang the one song.. I have family who work close to the team who put the roof top performances on.. not to mention I was there myself
is that paisley from tattoo fixers as knew she was in this but she's got an amazing voice
Yes it is! She’s Alternate Catherine of Aragon/Anna of Cleves. She has also played Catherine Parr twice.
Yes she is!
Are they performing at west end live!!?
Yes!!! We get to see Rachel and Esme sing at west end live!
Why is there only 3 of them , the song is called six for a reason
First
No one in the audience danced and it’s tragic
Rejected,
Rejected,
Rejected,
Rejected,
Rejected,
and rejected!
Sometimes it does help when the microphones are plugged in to something, I can tell you for a fact they aren't and probably miming
…Cordless?
Couple of points of contention:
1. You have heard of wireless mics, right? SUPER common in live theatre for a long time now
2. There isn't a cast recording of the current West End cast, especially not one with Paisley (alt) as Aragon and Esme (swing) as Howard - and this DEFINITELY isn't the original West End cast recording - their voices are different to the original cast members.
3. Say it were a recording - why would you not pitch-correct every note for a super polished performance? There are a few moments for each of them when the pitch is ever so slightly off - which happens with, you know, live singing, especially when there is choreography involved. If it were a recording, why leave those moments in, when basically all recordings are pitch-corrected and tweaked to perfection?
@@monicag1768 I agree with your conclusions. But to be a bit pedantic, #2 isn't conclusive at all. It's normal for recordings to be made for specific purposes. The Macy's Thanksgiving Parade performances are all pre-recorded featuring the current casts of the shows based on who will be at the performance.
This isn't like their first West End Live, where they were given wired mics with XLR jacks obviously showing on mic stands, but really using hands-free mics for live sound.
@@klfjoat That is a really good point and I hadn't considered that - I don't know much at all about the Macy's Thanksgiving Parade.
The issue I have is more with the accusation of "miming" and the implication that they can't actually sing well so they get a fancy edited version so they sound good. This clearly isn't that, given the lack of pitch-correction.
Shame they are not acually singing live... Why got to the effort to orgniaze this but don't give them live mics?
I think they are - having heard both Paisley as Aragon and Esme as Howard before I know that it is them singing.
Yes they are I saw this they were doing different musicals
They are performing live.
