bro thank you so much , my cpu was being stuck at 0.78 ghz after 5 min playing games because of that fps drops so much , i watched ur video randomly and the power throttling disable method worked for me now my cpu does not lock in 0.78 ghz anymore
***For CS2 Player *** CS2 careful use MSI Afterburner(or other boost FireStorm.....any.) and Process Lasso always crash. If you want to use it, please test whether it will crash in the game first. Intel I7-10700f / RTX3060 / 8x4 32GB 3280MHz / XPG S70 Blade M.2 SSD.
Didn't like 3 step. It's same as Game Mode - Graphics settings - Choose program - Set priority. High performance doesn't give any boost there and can cause only other system instabilities
I did downloaded, did extract the first one and the second rar too, when I did open the last rar file It dosen't come with your pack It cointains other stuff.

Will applying the registry changes from the package to a low-end pc on a mid-high pc bring some fps boost, or can it hurt?

yeah lol it should be enabled for it to turn off
nope, if you disable that power throttling it mean the value is 0 for Disable, and 1 for enabled
