Great overview and demo of this new series! I've been waiting for these for a while. I was in touch with Breedlove when I bought my ECO Discovery S. They said this upgrade to the Organic series was in the works but they didn't share too many specifics. I would have purchased one of these had they been available but the organic series at the time were not fully ECO due to some elements of the guitar that they have now implemented with this new series. Big fan of Breedlove, the quality of their instruments, and their mission in terms of sustainability!
Thank you for this - I just today purchased 'blemished' Organic Concertina Copper CE Signature for under $200 open box from Musician's Friend - my question to you is - what are the model/make of these cool round mics in this video?
I'd like to see a video demo testing the previous wildwood organic mahogany model against the new Pro model. The previous model has regular non-cascade bracing, has a laurel bridge and fretboard, has a sound hole style pickup control etc and can be gotten for much less than the 699 most shops list it at. I just bought a new one for 550. I've seen excellent used ones for $450. $125 gets me a decent hard case. It seems the Pro will now leave a gap in the more affordable all-wood step-up sector of Breedloves lineup.
Exactly, this spread pursuit laminate to solid woods out further in price. Don't forget the original organic signature is torrified spruce top, solid back and sides. Also already upgraded with bond nut/saddle. I bought one plek, w full setup to 12-53s w case all in to door $600 new..in concerto...i feel good about it now the work on me then perhaps an eastman with player monitor next year...

I love my organic performer concerto but have been wanting the Wildwood. Super excited for this option!
It's certainly worth the try!
What a difference between those two guitars! Loved the performance series guitar !
It's exciting!

Those would be the Ear Trumpet Labs Mics, they are incredible!
Great guitar.

I hear the music, but their strumming is not in rythym with what's being played at all. Very weird.
Guy on the left is not even playing.
