Come In : Techno Liveset w/ Electribe EM1 & Volca Drum | FM | Modular | MS70cdr

This track is released on Bandcamp : djkrostif.band...
I had some techno patterns in boxes for a while and decided to make a little liveset with them.
So it's based on "Ping Pong" like a dj thing, with patterns on the left mixed with patterns on the right.
As Electribe has more parts, I limited it to 6 drums parts and 2 synths, liike Volcas stand from the right.
After listening to the patterns and see what I could do with them, I pressed play and surfed on the waves..

Good stuff! One of my favorite aspects of Electribe's are the seamless pattern transitions. Love to basically perform a DJ style mix of your own material. Shame that a lot of newer grooveboxes don't do that anymore. I'll never get rid of my Electribe's as a result! 😄

What do you mean by seamless pattern transitions? I have an Electribe myself.

@@neb2612 simply that you can change patterns and not have any break in between. Set the tempo the same for each pattern and you can basically blend your music in a set. Elektron machines will do this as well, but a groovebox like the Roland MC-707 for instance can’t do that.
