We did the buffet at Excalibur last year May (bogo myvegas) , it was cool the omelets were great and then Bellagio (bogo myvegas)this past April & it was way better! The grits and shrimp were amazing!! Going back in October for my birthday and was thinking we'd do Bellagio again, but i think we'll try this one! Thanks!! I absolutely love your reviews!!!!
Thank you so much! I really appreciate the kind words! I would strongly recommend Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars. It's definitely my favourite but it's pricey. Wynn is supposed to be good too but I haven't tried it yet. If you can get a reso, I've heard M Resort has an amazing Sunday brunch buffet with lobster, crab, beef wellington, etc. It's pricey and almost impossible to get a reso as it books months in advance. Ooh and Palms buffet is pretty good too. They have seafood nights if you're into that. Happy early birthday and have an amazing time in Vegas!
I always take small portions at buffet's too. Descriptions should be mandatory, half the time buffets are even missing the signs saying what it is lol... maybe I'm going to the wrong buffet's lol. It's weird the only time I eat desert is at buffet's. Great info and video!
Thank you! Yes as someone who doesn't eat meat, I hate when they don't describe what things are. It's like "spring roll". Okay, cool, but what's in it? And yeah Excalibur and Luxor sometimes don't even say what the dish is or it's the wrong label; especially when they switch from breakfast to lunch or dinner.
Crème brûlée is its own food group
But buffet creme brulee is never the ticket. They try to get away with the crystalized sugar on top instead of actually torching it. But I'll take what I can get!
when i worked at a buffet in Denmark last year. the vegan and vegetarian options gets fried and cooked ind the same vessels as the meat did so Dont come to denmark and think its the same as USA its NOT. last week I was in a buffet in a "big" town in DK where the vegan fried nudels vere cooked ind the same pan as the beef and broccoli was fried and where the shrimps were cook in the same pan as the sirloin steak. and so on and so on. I will never try the wicked spoon but the food loooks amazing all of it.
You're probably right and I'm sure that happens all the time. I try my best to not eat meat but I'm sure things get cooked on the same grills or in the same pans. Oh well. Thanks for watching though! Maybe one day you will make it to Vegas and try Wicked Spoon!
