My goodness, my balance in the morning is the worst! I wasn't woken enough to do these poses! 😆 I haven't been up for very long and haven't had breakfast yet, so I feel a little weak and very off balance! I've come to realize that if I do Yoga early in the morning, it often needs to be very smooth and mostly stretches. If I want to do more I need to do it after breakfast and being up for a while. I'll try it after work to see the difference it will make. Love how we learn about ourselves while doing Yoga! Thanks Jacqui, have a great day! 🤗
Ah some days are like that. That's a great observation you found out about yourself though. I personally need to eat before doing yoga or any other exercise. Otherwise I don't have the strength or focus because my stomach is empty 😅
Totally enjoyed it and I really needed to find a bit of balance today 😊✨I found it so true that finding stillness in the mind will help with overall balancing, all of a sudden body and mind are connected... I guess trying to balance without using our sight was the most difficult part 😂

Mostly it's the not falling over I find challenging
Haha yeah it's not so easy balancing on one leg. But just takes practice to figure out what muscles you need to engage 😊
The hardest was on tippy toes with my eyes closed. I fell off several times.
