  • These two terms are often misunderstood and mixed up, but they are not the same. Though both are cleansing methods, they do it in different ways.

Yes!!! Thank you! There's so many videos out here saying "how I repaired my heat damaged hair" and the only real way to do that is to cut it off there is no getting your curls back it's like saying you're relaxed ends can revert back to its natural state. NO!!! You have to cut relaxed hair off just like you have to cut heat damaged hair off! The molecular structure of your hair strand is changed once heat damage occurs. I really hope more people get the correct answer to their heat damage questions and see this video!!! Please keep making more awesome informative videos ❤️✨

Love your videos and can't wait for the new ones to arrive. I use Shampoo to Remove Buildup from Just Natural Skin Care. All natural ingredients and does a great job. It is suggested that all of the shampoos on the site be left on the hair to do their job, no harm done because again, all natural ingredients. Not every thing has to be harsh to do its job.

My hair thickness was very less as compared to previous year due to hair smoothing. To get back my hair I started using coccoonion anti hair fall set by littleeextra and it proved effective in boosting hair thickness and growth. I would suggest if you use it then always cleanse your hair by mixing shampoo with a little water before applying as it performs much better in that way. Also when you apply oil then heat it a bit and then apply. Apply it at least once a week. Use wooden neem comb while brushing your hair and use silicon scalp massager while washing your hair to get remove dirt, sebum etc and it gives even better results.
