Thank you! There’s definitely a lot of drive when searching for these types of things due to being told “it is what it is, there is no cure”

I’m super aware of my body and I’ve noticed heating pad is only thing that moves the blood . So I’ve had the distinct thought “man my ovaries just always feel cold and clogged “ dark blood which I know is old blood and endless clots. A clip mentioned in Chinese medicine can cure this and found your video excited to try it

Hey Alex, fortunately I don’t have any women’s health issues, but I do have other issues so I love your content. However I love how much focus and how many videos you have on women’s health ❤

Some possible causes may be fibroids, polyps, endometrial hyperplasia, adenomyosis and so on. Blood stagnation or blood stasis are common causes of a heavy period. According to Traditional Chinese Medicine this syndrome manifests as a result of: stress.

excessive bleeding can be caused by spleen Qi deficiency as spleen holds the blood in blood vessels. One of the things I learn in TCM studies. One main cause could be spleen Qi deficiency.

I am not complaining about missed cycles.,but earlier onset and longer duration of premenstrual spotting before periods. In May, my pre menstrual spotting started on Day 21 followed by menses on Day 25 for 3-4 days. In Early June, my premenstrual spotting started on Day20 followed by menses on Day 25 for 3-4days too. And now in late June Lo and Behold, I am seeing faint signs of premenstrual spotting today Day 19, and who knows how long That will last till actual menses. (Likely day 24 or 25 again😢). WTH is going on…is it just perimenopause or some other thing going on….

I don’t think bleeding from any part of the body is natural. There was a time women didn’t bleed and now we are bleeding more than before and younger.
When you bleed you are losing your life force. The only thing that should be painful is giving birth so you can push the child out. Other than that, anything else that’s painful is a sign the body is giving you that something is wrong. And periods are very painful.
It makes sense that the reproductive organ of the carrier of the species is the first to decay in a deteriorating species.
