  • How to replace your Belts in a 2011 Subaru WRX In this videos I show you guys how to replace your belts in the 2011 Subaru WRX. This is similar to many other Subaru , so the steps will apply to almost all the Subaru. This Kit can be purcahse at Subaru Dealership near you. Not to much tools are needed as you can see in the Videos
    You need a 1/2 Socket/Rachet No adapter is needed.
    10m Socket
    12 Socket
    You will need a 7/8 Sock
    A wirecutter pliers
    Some painter's tape
    The belts from your local Dealership.
    Power Steering bit Kit: 11718AA082 ( kit for power steering)
    Alternator Belt : 809218450

      I put everything in the Description Bellow I forgot to add the big one the 7/8 socket to moe the pully. but I will add it now. Thanks.

    wouldnt the new belt have more material on it and require a different tension?

      Nope those belt are a bit elastic so they should adjust automatically to the right tension the way I did it worked out great because e keep in mind when it was replaced it was put at the same tension. So that mean where it is is totally fine. Since I did it I have not had an issue. Thanks for watching.

      i mean if it was the same belt......maybe ok the tape story....but for me i reajuste each set up...
