- Today we are doing a viewer requested review of our Kubota SVL65-2 Skid Steer while we use the land plane to do some gravel driveway maintenance. We also have a new family member now, and there is a broken window on our Takeuchi TB285 excavator that need some attention.

Im sure it wouldn't let it happen but i had an inner air filter clog up once and it acted similar to what you were describing.
It didn't look bad at all but when I took it loose while running the engine almost did a run away !!!
Yeah man I was baffled for the longest time, I was blowing out the air filters like every 10 hours, burning through fuel filters like crazy....I was convinced I had done something to mess it up, I was so relieved when they replaced the injectors.
Wonderful of you and your family stepping up and adopting the stray dog into your family. My wife and I have adopted from the local pound over the years and our current dog came from the pound and is just a wonderful dog. I don't understand how people just toss dogs out. Keep up the great videos.
Same here, it is crazy to me that people would do that. Thanks so much for watching and commenting!
I really like that piece of road grading. Don’t think I’ve ever seen it. Great video. Thanks for sharing and have a great week!!
Thanks! I like it, it makes the job go quickly so I don't mind that I have to go out there and do it a few times over the winter. You have a great week too!
Thanks for the review. Hope you get some better weather soon.
It's getting a little more tolerable here. Thanks for watching and commenting!
@@DirtAndRocks You do a good job putting your videos together. I think you deserve the success you’re having with your channel. Keep up the good work.
I surely do appreciate it. I learn something with every one of them, and I really enjoy to challenge of trying to figure out how to put it together in some kind of story. Thank you very much for taking the time to make that comment :)@@Justalittleoutoftown
Great real life review !!!
Thank you! I enjoy doing them. Appreciate you watching and commenting!
If I ever get back to Alabama i will definitely have to try to visit you !!!
let me know for sure!
Thanks! Seen all specs many times just basically wanted your personal thoughts and if you would buy again , thanks again
Yeah for sure, it was a fun video to do. I am glad it helped. Thanks so much for watching and commenting!
Another good one. Don't sell yourself short on the TH-cam growth either. The quality of your videos have been very high right out of the gate. It's like watching someone who's been doing it a long time and incorporated a bunch of tricks. You can tell you have taken it seriously. I think videos like this, with a specific machine in the title and a review, will bring in a lot of people who haven't found you before. It was a good suggestion and implementation. Thanks again!
Thanks so much for the support. YT is just so different from anything I have ever done, which is part of why I like it. It is a different skill set, and I think it was 50+ videos in before I really started getting a bead on what I wanted to do. Thank you so much for watching and commenting
Thanks!
Wow man, thank you so much. I really appreciate the support!
Oh man, Zip is so cute :) I love dogs and I am so happy to see you having 5 pets :) Thank you for this inspiration! I really like you storytelling big update for your videos and engaging viewers by responding in the video to their comments is awesome. I plan to do that in my videos. And man, thank you so much for mentioning me in your video. It's an honor for me. I am lucky to find you on this platform and to connect with great people like you. Thank you!
Hey brother, it was my pleasure, you do such great work and more people should see your stuff! Thanks so much for your awesome advice and friendship!
Congrats on hitting 1k subs. That’s a great accomplishment…😀
Thanks Sam...I had some pretty sage advice along the way ;)
Im not getting my notifications !!!!!
Best of luck with the pup !!!
Oh no! I have heard that happening before. I did check just now to make sure I have subscription feed and notifications turned on. Thanks for letting me know. He's doing much better now, update coming in a couple of weeks....he loves the shop, I may have a new mascot.....
2/19/24..hey, much enjoyed yur video 2day..spotted dog🐕 intro with back story was very nice! You & family have big ❤! Just a few comments on rest of video..
Re: grading, think that LandPlane will be your 'goto'. Engine weak performance on yur '65' SkdLoader =some injector issue. How many hrs on machine when this happened? Glad Kubota tech was watching yur YT, helping,,& Kubota got this fixed. Very impressed with big inventory of attachments & that Kubota dedicated Loader/Handler, great looking fleet of equip! Hope yur new caulking on Plexiglass top window of Excavator stops leak, cannot have water dripping into cab of such a useful/necessary machine. Stay safe & carry on!🛠🚜🌲😊
Thank you so much, really appreciate it. The injector issue started around 230 machine hours. Caulking update next week :). Eventually I need to do a feature video on the R640, it is one of my favorites, and was a 'leap of faith' purchase, but I am glad I did it. Thanks a million for watching and commenting!
Weird you mention that, I looked at a few Kubota’s before I bought my skid loader, and there was several used ones that had new injectors installed & they were only two years old
Also on the subject at tracks, I have a new ASV with multi bar tracks like the cat use. They are second to none as far as not tearing anything up.
Awesome thanks for confirming that theory for me :)
