    I always enjoy your fine practices. Today’s setting is beautiful. You are on my top four instructors ( I change for variety daily 1/2 hour today, but mostly one hour) your voice is most pleasing ! Thank you JACOB🙏

    Lovely gentle heart cantered practice. Thank you Jacob. My husband was able to get some much needed morning rest while I played the video and did yoga.😊

    I finally did thus practice after unsubscibing from another You Tube trainer when I told her I dropped from 8 lbs to 5 lbs for the standing portions and did the 8 lbs for the mat portions and I am sure she meant nothing by it but she suggested I use the 5 lbs for every new workout. I need this reminder to focus on the breath.

    Thank you for another wonderful chair yoga video, ever since I started doing them I have felt so much better and fitter. I particularly liked this video because I have been suffering with lower back problems for a while and this video has really helped stretch it out, I've noticed it feels soon much better afterwards. Looking forward to seeing what you come up with next. 🙏
