Yes, I love the bodyweight workouts and would love more! I especially liked the right-side regular/power combos followed by the left-side regular/power combos, such as the side lunge sequences and the curtsey lunge sequences.

I’ve lost 5 pounds already been consistent in routine and I don’t even have to leave the house for it, but I have added 8000 steps on a walk, eating healthier and less and it was the fastest. I’ve dropped 5 pounds. I’ve been trying to lose this stubborn 5 pounds. I’m finally under 130 pounds. I haven’t been since I had my children.❤
