Fan på Gräsö

Gräsö (Grass island) on the Uppland coast is Sweden´s 10th biggest island.
No one knows what Fan (The Devil) has to do with Gräsö and there is no story behind. It is a typical dancing tune for the ”Bondpolska” (Farmer´s polska) danced in couples. On TH-cam you will find Bondpolska and how it is danced.
There is a saying that, once you have left the ferry on to Gräsö, Swedish laws do not apply there.
