6. Prize Claim: The Winner will be notified within 7 days of the drawing via Instagram direct message. Love the videos, I have a 2011 Silverado with only 52,000 ish miles so it’s not going anywhere. You do so much to the outsides of these, I would love to see some inside changes as well. For instance, I want to upgrade my entire radio system to be more like the newer ones with a screen maybe even a backup camera (or at least a hitch cam) , nav systems, connectivity to my phone for music or contacts. You get the idea. Keep up the great work, really enjoying your content

I love what you did with these. I’ve been looking to buy these headlights but I didn’t like the way the looked with that y thing and the reflectors. And I’ve done some custom headlights before but I didn’t really know how I wanted to go about it. And at least now I know it can be done and look great

Hello Lonestar, I found your channel yesterday and a lot of the mods that you have on your silverado '07 are sick! I would like to put some in my own 2011 silverado, but it is a white one, I want to vinyl rap the front grill (matt black), and was wondering if you could tell me your opinion on how those headlights (black) would feat in mine.

Looks good overall, but I have a critique. The paint line on the DRL should have cut straight across rather than angling up.
Custom built headlights are built by hand, not a manufacturing plant in china. Yes teachers are heroes.
Should check out Ryan Mayer’s Tahoe build, he custom built his headlight similar to yours and came out amazing

Great video. Your creativity is giving me ideas. I have AlphaRex Pro series headlights for the same truck. Halogen projectors with poor output. Want to retrofit bi-xenon projectors into the AlphaRex housings. QUESTION: Any tips for opening these headlights? Alpharex stated they use permaseal. You made opening them look WAY easier than any permaseal I've tangled with. Appreciate any pointers!
That sounds like an awesome idea... Transparently, the video does not do the difficulty of opening the headlights justice. It was very difficult, and i ended up putting it in the oven to soften the adhesive. It's possible, but you'll need to take your time.
Don't forget about the other heros that make it possible for America to be in quarantine or anything at all during this pandemic, our truck drivers don't get to stay home, they still work 14 hrs a day.. just food for thought.
Serious question!! If I buy these headlights, and pay you to do the same customization will you? I would break them if I tried to do it myself. Never customized headlights before....

I like the changes you make to your 2007 Silverado. I bought him the same Headlights and I love them. But I want the same backlights that you have but I can't find them. Can you tell me where I can buy them?
If you're taking about the reverse lights, LASFIT led's are the way to go!

Do you do custom work on headlights and ship?
Did you do anything after installing the CAI intake on your 2020 Silverado? I installed one and I’m getting worse gas mileage now. I was wondering if you had your engine tuned or anything since I know you mentioned that you were getting about 1mpg better in a previous video after installing the air intake.
Ive been getting better mileage, actually. No re-tune. Just install and go. Possibly some spirited driving causing the mileage decrease? :) happens to everyone

Hey brother hoping you can help me, im over a year late but I just got my pair of Nova Alpha Rex headlights for my 09 silverado, have the lense off now and the main bracket holding the lights off the two white capped tabs in the middle but I can figure out how to remove the main bracket from the adjuster bolt, hope you can point me in the right direction of out to remove the bolt.

The blinker is integrated into the LED DRL. I painted over the reflector. (i'll have to add an amber reflector somewhere to pass inspection next year)

No hyperflash on my end.
I know this comment is 2yrs old. I bought Alpharex too and got the hyperflash. I uninstalled and re-installed it hasn’t hyperflashed. It’s time consuming to do this and keep the stock ones just in case.
