As for outward feminity, yes there's some North American women who seem to reject their feminity but that's a minority. In this case the superficial feminity is a result of various multiple surgery - facial and body - even a bbl lol, many frequent cosmetic procedures and at least a few hours of getting ready daily - heavy makeup, shaving/laser, dress, tucking in/strapping - if haven't had bottom/top surgery - and countless hours of watching/studying how real women behave/interact - that's why many trans women's personalities tend to be over the top in outward "female" sexuality and attempt an ultra feminine look in appearance. South East Asian trans women tend to be the best looking imo - % wise - but not all trans women are anywhere near that feminine looking regardless of said over the top appearance and behaviour. It makes sense as most South East Asian men tend to be more feminine looking and smaller boned than other races - usually a nose job, maybe an eye lift, growing their hair long, facial fillers, dental work, body hair removal and various mandatory body surgeries - boob jobs, bbl, usually they keep their genitals as that's where the $$ is. Unfortunately there's very few occupations where trans women can make any substantial amount of $$. I mean seriously, what do people think paid for their transformation? Lol - private escort jobs and sugar daddies of course..

There's still individual privacy inside our restroom so it's still generally safe.
But if you're talking about in a school/university locker rooms like for those female students whose into sports, that's a totally different story or argument.
That particular issue that needs to be thoroughly discussed between the school and the parents.
If the transwoman already cut his biological p*enis or changed his sex organ to female sex organ, well that can be considered since that trans no longer pose a threat to the biological ones (in terms of sexual abuse) since that trans is serious on his transforming being a woman physically or on the outside.

Okay but let's try to deal with the colorism and skinbleaching to boot and bias toward Black people including the Aeta, or the Aboriginal Black Filipino. I know that it exists as I am one myself through my maternal side with a smattering of the requisite Meztiso and have witnessed situations in the Visayas where we hail from that blew my mind as I am American born Black American through my paternal side and I don't play that. Imagine seeing the abusive nature of making this dark-skinned older couple sit and sit all day waiting to just file some paperwork while the office workers water plants, shuffle paperwork back and forth, leave to go shopping WITH THEIR BOSS now and be made to return day after day for a week in hopes to finally get the task done and over with as light-skinned people came and went everyday and no waiting for them.
