I think some people watch it more to actually see how to be healthy, even tho they know its fake. They stress the importance of health in their fake routines. If i did one, itd be mostly me sleeping and watching my shows while on my phone before going to work at night.

If they're under 25, it's actually common to wake up oriented opposite to how you went to sleep. Meaning you may end up with your head on the opposite end of the bed!

You do go into a deep sleep, but because of the whole stopping breathing thing, you never get a good quality sleep and are always tired through the day. Even wearing my mask at night I still stop breathing a few times a night (last sleep study I had 3 months ago, showed I’ve gone from around 60 instances of stopping breathing in my sleep, to around 7 times)…..And that machine the mask attaches to, is loud AF.

@@mundusvultdecepi1599 people with sleep apnea don't fall deeply asleep. They already know there's an issue. It's perfectly normal to "cocoon" or twist up in the blankets while sleeping. If they're under 25, it's actually common to wake up oriented opposite to how you went to sleep. Meaning you may end up with your head on the opposite end of the bed!

I have sleep apnea, my dad has it, my youngest brother has it and my aunty has it……….none of what you said is true for sleep apnea.
You do go into a deep sleep, but because of the whole stopping breathing thing, you never get a good quality sleep and are always tired through the day.
Even wearing my mask at night I still stop breathing a few times a night (last sleep study I had 3 months ago, showed I’ve gone from around 60 instances of stopping breathing in my sleep, to around 7 times)…..And that machine the mask attaches to, is loud AF.

Now waking up I can see that being fake but I legit know someone who does their makeup then showers. When I asked why, she just says it’s what she prefers . That’s definitely possible. A dead giveaway for meeee though is the fact the aren’t wet when they get out or they just look oiled up

There's a mother on insta who calls her self a lazy stay at home mom that posts vids of her cleaning up her house, trying to renovate things herself, dressed like she just woke up and sometimes even frustrated while she works around the house. She's not faking and just posting her actual messy life and her attempts at keeping up with it. Love her for that.
