I have been planning a mountain trail camping trip from my motorcycle. I have a lot of gear yet I like your video as it shows everything laid out and packed. Got some good info, Thanks!
Great vid. Been planning a camping trip on a kind of similar but different type of bike. I have a 250cc scooter (I love the looks I get from the guys on cruisers and tourers when I pass them...lol). Glad to see someone bike camping on a sports bike.
Nice video! What I've discovered in 20 years of moto-camping, September - October are excellent months to camp if you like to be alone in campsites. Once the kids go back to school, campgrounds usually thin out significantly. Nice seeing someone camp with a smaller (250cc) bike. Well done. Aloha!
Great vid! Last year my wife and I did 1300mi on cruisers with chairs/tents/cooking gear the works! Now I'm going to attempt it on a CBR945 & not sure may have to credit card camp this time? Advise to the newbs is plan sites with laundry, stay in hotels if weather gets bad, buy backpacking gear like self inflating air mattresses etc. Have fun.
wow that is awesome!! id love to do this but i had a dual sport bike xt225 and i wish i woulda done more with it like this Looking into another bike for 2013 may look into a scooter though mainly because all of the under seat storage and what not! Awesome thoughhh great video(s) mann
dude, agree...I'm not scared of the lions, tigers and bears..but the critters on two legs in a pickup that have been drinking make me pause when no other campers around...
no one around bothers you? heck that is the best part of camping when no one is around me. that is the reason I go camping, in the 1st place to get away from people
You're welcome. Watch the weight on the back, how high it is, and how its strapped on. Having stuff too high or too heavy is dangerous. And having anything fall off will freak you out, so light and tight! Thanks for watching!

Also you can line your bags with contractor bags to waterproof them.
