Are a few minutes really enough to sufficiently cook the mushrooms and vital wheat gluten? Last question - what brand and material is the pan you are using? You don't seem to need any oil to fry the burgers. Just what I am looking for!

The time was enough to cook the Pattie’s as I made them rather thin. Maybe the frying pan helps. It is made out of Silicate Minerals. A natural material and it’s naturally non stick. A great product. I make crepes without oil in it. Hope this helps !
