  • Now having the bikes finally after my first impression with the dealers...BTW it took BMW 6 months to deliver my R9T...they are both fantastic but different... I figured it was time to do the next review - hope you enjoy and feel free to ask questions!!

    As a new owner of the same exact Bonneville as yours, I have been enjoying your videos very much. Thank you so much for the content!

    Just got me a new T120 gold line edition. I frigging love it find myself going to look at it in the garage. I like the BMW R nine T also but up here in Canada they are just overpriced. I had them side by side and the Bonneville was just more authentic in my opinion 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ plus I’m originally English so it had to be a Triumph 😁😁😁 I also have a Triumph Trophy SE and an Aprilia Mana 850 v-twin with a CVT 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

      SInce I have both - I have to say...The Bonneville is a lot nicer ride...the engine performs different for both and the R9T is a little more aggressive I think...but the Bonneville is just a classic...thanks for the comments more to come...

    The comparison is great but the lack of mic while riding and annoying cuts to subscribe every 30 seconds significantly reduces the will to watch the video.

      Agree - still early stages of learning...I hope I've corrected that as I went on in future videos...thanks!

    I’m torn between the two!! Which one are you preferring now?

      One...ride both...the seating is much different....I kept the R9T because it's more racing feel vs cruiser feel...they are both classics and I will regret getting rid of the T120 one day...

      @@lifesjourneyat50 thanks. Is BMW much more expensive to maintain?

    • @lifesjourneyat50
      @lifesjourneyat50  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@playonwords55 I would say yes...the R9T needs oil changed every 6K and the T120 every 10K...outside of that...parts are more expensive form BMWs in general....they are both great bikes....it really comes down to your style of riding....the R9T is more racer feel punchy and get up and go and the T120 is more cruiser smooth....good luck - it will be tough decision...

    If your voice level is so low compared to the ambient noises and engine noise it's not a great idea to also add a music track. And honestly that music doesn't add anything for the viewer.

      Got it...thanks - based on this comment I just ordered Rode Mics to help with that solution...I've also had some comments about the background music too loud..will tone it down as well. thanks again much appreciated!!!

    • @lifesjourneyat50
      @lifesjourneyat50  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Oh no...if anything I would sell these two bikes first...my GSA not leaving the building...ha....as you saw my other videos....it's still in shop waiting for a part from Germany...three weeks since I've ridden it...ugh...love these two bikes but not getting rid of my GS...thanks for asking
