Most certainly not lol. My CBR broke down on me once due to a battery failure. At least 20 cars passed me without stopping. Guess who stopped and offered me help, a fellow rider.
No the dog was clearly hurt which is why he wasnt moving when the guy was calling to him. If it were fear he wouldve gotten up to run when he got close or when the guy first touched him but the second the dog got picked up it started barking and crying out in pain because of his injury, and you could see the dog limping and holding up his back leg as he tried to run away.
