Inseam is more important. I’m 176cm, 32 inch inseam. I can get my toes to the ground in my tall Forma Terra EVO’s and easily put my left to the ground, and right foot on the brake.

@@VGGreen Eglin AFB covers 464,000 acres in Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, and Walton counties in the Florida Panhandle. An Eglin permit is required to access the 250,000 acres of the Eglin reservation conditionally open to public recreation. Aside from the inexpensive permit, you have to check the daily range map to ensure the trails for specific areas are open and not being used for military live fire/operations. Many streams and decommissioned military equipment on the property.
I believe it is one of the best if not the best adventure bike on the market. I own a 2020 790 Adventure R and it’s been a dream adventure and off-road motorcycle. Just a blast to ride. I’m considering trading up to an 890 in the future even though I like to mix up my brand experience. For example, I also own a Kawasaki dual sport. I feel if I move to a different adventure bike I will be disappointed when comparing it to my experience and many miles on the 790. Thanks for the thoughtful review.
After riding this and the Norden 901, I think the Norden wins for overall best adventure bike. Very close performance to the 890R offroad, vastly superior on road.
I have the KTM890R 2021 love this bike just had its first service. Bought it for a trip through South America can’t wait. 🌴😎🙋♂️looked at a lot a adventure bikes before deciding on this one.
Beautiful Machine Dada . Wish to have one but you know for Travel Professional like us it's like a dream now a days . But whenever it's possible love to buy one .
It should be made available in India. I am not saying it will sell like hot cakes. It will take time to take off like everything else that is an expensive motorcycle.
Depends if you want to save money! If there’s still 2022 models around, they’d be going cheaper. My local dealer has one $2500AUD cheaper then a 2023. Biggest changes are in the suspension. It’s apparently smoother in the initial part of the stroke to reduce fatigue on long trips.

Ah... that's a good question. If you get this bike, it is a bird in the hand. The 2023 will not be here for another... tough to say, maybe 8 months.
