Very good video! The only change I would make is switching Zoro’s expertise from acrobatics to intimidation. In the grand scheme of things Zoro isn’t actually all that nimble (more of a Luffy and Sanji thing) but Zoro is terrifying to most people.
I'm pretty certain the Menacing Attack from Fighter 10 constitutes Emperor's Haki. Intimidation would get them to talk or whatever, Menacing Attack stops them.
Begging that this video does well so we can get some more One Piece Builds. Would love to see Tulok’s interpretation of the other Straw Hats and some arc villains.

Luffy in this one is literally perfect when it comes to gears, stretching, unarmed strikes, haki… but he just doesn’t have an innate lightning immunity. You could probably get it from the 20th level storm soul epic boon, but that’s up to your DM. Still, Crocodile could feasibly be done with earth spells, vampiric touch, gaseous form, and plenty more.
Very impressed with Zoro's build. I always thought he would be a samurai because of the bandana he ties around his head, in my head, represented the Fighting Spirit, and Strength Before Death would work for his "Nothing happened" moment. Battlemaster just fits so well, and the synergy for the college of swords was something I didn't know existed. Definitely a build I want to try now.
Speaking as someone who is slowly trying to catch up to One Piece, I salute you for having to not only absorb all that lore and the abilities, but figure out a way to get them all on a character, despite both Luffy and Zorro being pretty bad with their soft stats. Love the rubberman and his whacky multiclass, but Zorro's potential combos sound so cool. I know it comes up semi frequently on the builds but I have to wonder why the rules don't allow the Extra Attacks to stack. I know it is due to the wording in a book, but you just invested 5 levels into a class. Punishing that choice never sat right with me.
On the one hand, letting extra attack stack would make multiclassing quicker to get 3 attacks than going straight fighter would. On the other hand, I think they could avoid that by having all something like cantrip scaling but for all martial classes
In older editions, there was something called a Base Attack Bonus which increased based on the levels you take. Your BAB determined how many attacks you got. Pretty much everyone who was a martial character ended up with four attacks at level 20.

Really, though, BAB scaling wasn't as nice as it sounds, since each subsequent attack after the 1st had a compounding -5 to hit, so the 3rd and 4th attacks were often enough just eating up time dice rolling for near guaranteed misses the way the math worked out. That's kinda what led to 5E just limiting it to one Extra Attack for most classes, since that was effectively how it played out in 3E and 3.5E (and Monks had a special BAB progression that gave them even more attacks, but starting at a lower to-hit for their first attack than other martials, leading to just more misses). Too many attacks per turn kinda slows the game down, especially if also applying special effects to a bunch of them. In my current campaign I've made it all the way to playing a 19th level Battlemaster right now and my party is starting to get fed up with how long my turns can go on for. Maybe the answer homebrew and ONE D&D could go is multiclassing just giving you a replacement feature for additional Extra Attacks features? For instance, maybe a Fighting Style, or some type of DM specific thematic character boon, or an additional attack that can only be made when certain conditions are met and/or X number of times per X rest? I would say a Feat, but gaining a Feat immediately after getting one from level 4 in a class would be a bit of overkill.
I think we have to remember that fighters are supposed to make up for not getting magic or scaling dies in their base kit by having more attacks than everyone else. Allowing the extra attacks to stack really throws off WOTC idea of balance

Most of my builds prioritize flavor over power so I'm sure I'd be able to do some kind of metamagic Adept arcane trickster rogue that uses magic that solely mimics "normal guy badassery" lol. Again of course there are better things but flavor fun awaits you with lack luster spell choices lol (metamagic for quicken spell). Again I fully realize this is not optimal at all, but it is a build non the less lol
Love the video, but I wonder if swapping the capstone level of Fighter for a level of Hexblade Warlock would be better? It would let your Zoro build be SAD, and would let you make your weapons do some magical damage? Plus the Hexblade curse could be a manifestation of Conqueror's Haki.

He’s fast but mostly he tanks attacks so his Constitution could carry his AC, with some bonuses from Dual Wielding. I would give 10 levels in Berserker barbarian for the 3 attacks from Frenzy (Zoro always ends up exhausted after fights), Mindless Rage for his indomitable will and Intimidating Presence for (spoilers) his conqueror haki. The Fighter part was good as a Battlemaster, so the remaining 10 levels could go there. Alternatively, you could have only 6 levels in Barbarian and 14 levels in Battlemaster for improved superiority dice and a another Extra Attack.
Character Idea: Rubi Malone from WET (2009). Acrobatic bounty hunter proficient with guns, crossbows, and swords; occasionally going berserk when she gets splattered with the blood of her enemies. Could be a rogue-barbarian hybrid.

I love this build, but I think you may want to swap two or your bard or fighter levels for a level in the Undead Warlock, which grants you a few eldritch blasts for your ranged caliber phoenixes, Phoeni? Phoeni. Your form of dread is actually a very Zoro thing granting him temporary HP, the ability to use Conquerors Haki for his slices to grant frightened, and immunity to the frightened conditions. Nothing Happened to make Zoro a Undead warlock, but I am sure you can find a way to explain that to your DM.
My takes on these builds: Luffy: Solid Build - only suggestion would've been to treat Devil Fruit users like Mutants in X-Men (since Devil Fruits are described as actively altering your genetics) and make Luffy a Half-Elf - specifically, a Mark of the Storm Half-Elf. You lose out on the Tough feat, but you get a few extra spell options (Gust and Gust of Wind for the occasional time Luffy has inflated himself and blown out the air) and also resistance to Electricity, which is kind of a big thing for Luffy since that's the reason he was able to take down Enel. Zoro: Honestly not really feeling this one. Of Luffy's "wings," Zoro may be a rapid swordsman but he still very much feels like the Force to Sanji's Finesse - when I tried to think of a build for him, I kind of min-maxxed him into Strength, Constitution, and Charisma and ended up going 15 Levels of Samurai Fighter for all the extra attacks and dipped into old UA for 5 Levels of Stone Sorcerer for Wrathful Smite, Magic Weapon, Sleep, and Haste for Zoro's Haki, and since treating the Stone's Durability feature as some defensive Armament Haki gives you 18 Base AC with no Dex investment (20 AC with Haste up and 21 with Dual Wielder - which on a Strength Build makes Longswords a viable option for Zoro's Katana). Plus, the build can give you the potential to make 9 Attacks in one turn for some Kyutoryu. Plus, Sorcerer instead of Bard gives you most of the spells you took anyway, plus Sword Burst or Chromatic Orb for a longer-range air slash. Plus, Samurai does give you WIS Save Proficiency, which doesn't completely counteract the -1 to the stat but it does put a bandaid on a nasty and very common saving throw.

Thanks to Three Houses' reclassing byleth can have basically anything so its pretty Open Ended but If we want to get their whole rewrite time thing we want These things - (reflavoured) Hafling - Bountifull Luck Feat - Divination Wizard - 2 for Portent - 14 for improved Portent - 17 for Foresight - fill the remaining Levels with Fighter (propably Battle master) for Martial capabilities

It had me thinking who is actually a himbo in the crew. Only really Luffy, Zoro, and Brook. Ussop, Chopper, and Franky have enough intelligence due to their craft while the former two aren't buff or conventionally attractive enough. Nami, Sanji, and Robin are definitely not stupid enough, even if Sanji gets distracted by women.

So Haki is an interesting thing that you can with not much work make work. It will be interesting to see how you approach it.

I would definitely invert the fighter bard levels for zoro because tatsumaki is literally just the spell maelstrom
My takes on these builds:
Luffy: Solid Build - only suggestion would've been to treat Devil Fruit users like Mutants in X-Men (since Devil Fruits are described as actively altering your genetics) and make Luffy a Half-Elf - specifically, a Mark of the Storm Half-Elf. You lose out on the Tough feat, but you get a few extra spell options (Gust and Gust of Wind for the occasional time Luffy has inflated himself and blown out the air) and also resistance to Electricity, which is kind of a big thing for Luffy since that's the reason he was able to take down Enel.
Zoro: Honestly not really feeling this one. Of Luffy's "wings," Zoro may be a rapid swordsman but he still very much feels like the Force to Sanji's Finesse - when I tried to think of a build for him, I kind of min-maxxed him into Strength, Constitution, and Charisma and ended up going 15 Levels of Samurai Fighter for all the extra attacks and dipped into old UA for 5 Levels of Stone Sorcerer for Wrathful Smite, Magic Weapon, Sleep, and Haste for Zoro's Haki, and since treating the Stone's Durability feature as some defensive Armament Haki gives you 18 Base AC with no Dex investment (20 AC with Haste up and 21 with Dual Wielder - which on a Strength Build makes Longswords a viable option for Zoro's Katana). Plus, the build can give you the potential to make 9 Attacks in one turn for some Kyutoryu. Plus, Sorcerer instead of Bard gives you most of the spells you took anyway, plus Sword Burst or Chromatic Orb for a longer-range air slash. Plus, Samurai does give you WIS Save Proficiency, which doesn't completely counteract the -1 to the stat but it does put a bandaid on a nasty and very common saving throw.

Sanji could definitely be a ascendent dragon monk, flaming kicks and limited flight, works fairly well.
Interesting ideas for these two, but I wonder how characters like Law and and Kid from one piece could be. But otherwise I'm just happy to throw some pinches from afar.

It had me thinking who is actually a himbo in the crew. Only really Luffy, Zoro, and Brook. Ussop, Chopper, and Franky have enough intelligence due to their craft while the former two aren't buff or conventionally attractive enough. Nami, Sanji, and Robin are definitely not stupid enough, even if Sanji gets distracted by women.

Btw, in case you need another reason to justify Zoro's low Wisdom, this man has bought/accepted not one, not two, but 3 different cursed blades: Sandai Kitetsu (All who wield it are fated to die horribly), Enma (Will drain out your Haki if you don't use it properly) and Shusui (Not techniqually cursed, but my mans accepted a sword from a ZOMBIE SAMURAI without thinking twice, and most of the 21 Meito are considered cursed)
