Pls do your due diligence before you buy any real estate in India because no matter how many projects we Indians build, we will always tend to commit corruption, encroachment due to extreme greed and extreme selfishness. We Indians tend to lack etiquette, dignity, honour, morality and integrity in any business. In India, developers and housing societies/associations are notorious for manipulating parking spaces as they lack professional courtesy and conduct. NRIs and foreigners should be more careful when buying properties from developers in India as NRIs and foreigners are easily cheated of parking spaces when they buy and go back abroad. Real estate regulatory authorities in India have never bothered to form an integrity committee to check on real estate developers. As a result many employees of real estate developers commit misconduct and unethical practices when selling new apartments, plots, villas, etc

We got a flat prestige..this guy gave a function fir all residents..after his tall talk he along with his team went for a grand lunch in an premium AC court..and all residents were huddled inside a small crammed space for lunch..most of them standing with poor facilitues..hd used our money to have luxury he had..not good.
