Desmond Marshall no problem. It’s not very in depth but that’s the basic gist of how to bring the air fuel ratios into spec. The ignition timing also plays a factor but I didn’t wanna give wrong info so I just showed what I do know lol
@@TexasHondaChannel the air and fuel ratio is THE most important part to get right first. Timing I can understand, not everybody has the same timing preferences, or tuning. Your tutorials is EVERYTHING needed to know.
360CEA725 Yes you can but you have to desolder stuff add a few chips and resistors. That’s a skill I leave to the pros because it’s real easy to screw up
Harley It’s always good to keep an eye on air fuel ratios after the switch but mine didn’t need a retune when I went from a stock pump to 255 so not 100% sure on your exact setup but just keep an eye on afr
I’m planning on buying an already chipped ECU on OfferUp what should I be looking for so I don’t get scammmed or have my car be ruined. I’m keeping my stock ecu aside, I’m buying their ecu they said they can burn the chip to have custom settings like VTEC engagement, 2step, etc, and if I wanted HONDATA they can install it for extra $$$
Thank you for the video. You help me with my idle. 🙂🙂👍
Great job on the tuning tutorial. Now I know something.

I've also got a hondata S300 ECU from Jason waters been going strong for over a year you'll love it his stuff is amazing ..
Nice channel. You explain things very simply and clearly I like that
PortSheldonVideos I try to do the best I can.
Id you have troubles soldering you should check out solder paste. You just dab it on where you want a solder joint, and heat with the iron.
sinformant interesting 🤔 I know how to solder pretty good but not to the level these people did lol
First lol awesome video bro
German muscle Thanks!
Another good video buddy
Would you say they are better then ha Motorsport??
So you have to buy a modified ecu in order to add the hondata? You can’t just add the a hondata to a stock OBD 1 ecu?

Texas Honda Channel I thought with the s300 it was just a plug and play with a stock ecu?
@@TexasHondaChannel how has that ecu helped up? I’m thinking of buying an ecu from him
Thanks for the info looking toby a new ecu this week plus hondata chip. 🤘🤘
What happens if it still jumps 13.5-12.6 etc and what about when idle and you rev how do you fix those low AFRs
what injectors are you running?
When you're changing the air fuel. To lean it out is your data logging wideband have to be hooked up?
choco Pérez To get proper air fuel readings you need it wired to the ecu so it can data log and give you the exact areas you need to lean it out
@@TexasHondaChannel thanks
Now i have to find the wire
Do you recommend a new tune when going from a 250 to 450 fuel pump?

@@TexasHondaChannel My tuner said I did not but my A/F is reading a little rich since. Thanks
@@harley8728 Honestly i would like to be a little on the rich side for safety
My car is at 11s and i want to lean it to about 14s

Hey I have a question, the bottom led on my chip isn’t on when I turn the car on. And my tune isn’t going thru. Any suggestions?

Can you work on my Honda
I’ll buy a hoodie shirt and air freshener
