- ChatGPT is one of the fastest platforms on all time and I wanted to show you how to use ChatGPT in this video.
ChatGPT is an Artificial intelligent powered chatbot.
It was developed by a company called Open Ai in 2017. Open Ai was founded is currently led by CEO Sam Altman. It has several other co-founders, including Elon Musk and has significant backing from Microsoft.
On November 30th, 2022, Chat GPT released Chat GPT 3. In just five days, it reached a million daily users. A month later, it had reach 100 million active users and it is expected to reach a billion user in less than 12 months.
ChatGPT was training by a massive set of data. It’s purpose is to give human like responses to variety of questions and prompts in a chat format.
It can help with variety of personal and business tasks, such as write content, come up with a marketing plan, write stories and poetry. It can also write computer code, translate language, write research papers and summarize books, movies, and articles.
Now let me show you exactly how to use it and then I’ll show you some advance options.
To get started, go to chat.openai.com. You’ll have to create an account and verify it.
There are currently no apps for iPhone or Android. You can use it on the computer and mobile website. ChatGPT is also currently free. There are talks of a paid pro version in the near future.
When you login, you’ll see a box. You can place a chat or prompt here.
You can ask it a question for example. Keep in mind, Chat GPT doesn’t have access to the internet. It was trained based on a data set. So it is not currently up to date with the latest information.
Here are some of the most popular use cases for ChatGPT.

For personal cases, you can use it to recap a book or movie. You can have it rewrite an email for you. You can ask it to extend any written text for you.
You can ask for recommendations on activities or travel destinations. It can help you create a personal budget.
If you get stuck and not sure what prompt to give it to get a good response, you can use marketplaces such as prompt base.
With marketplaces, people buy and sell prompts to save time and get the desired outcome out of Chat GPT.

Could you use it to write a Bio based on searching your name and including minimal info?
It can’t search the internet. It only has the data set it was trained on. But you can have it write a bio by telling it about yourself
When you prompt chatgpt information, can the answers be stored for you to keep iand refer back to it? How does this work?

It's a bad AI if it doesn't update itself using the internet, it's like asking a person from an old period, are they going to at least manually update it using the internet?
I think they are just training it using a clean data set without internet access, so they can control it's growth and learn how it's learning. I'm sure it will get more up to date access soon.

Thanks, I know this is 'old' now, a la 5 mo ago, but useful as an initial introduction pre ChatGPT V4, functionally. Where I take issue with your slant here is maybe a moot point. But I need to say your graphics are sadly rife with male bias here. Particularly for what I assume you want to become as a 21st century tech-savvy cutting edge org? The minute I saw you pull up the graphic for the image of who created Chat GPT (the anti-free speech nazi Elon Musk aside) - the element featuring all the white-looking men in suits beside the other solely male founders is archaic, sexist and pretty bizarre in an age where you could use any kind of signalling to message that particular info. Respectfully noted, that is, but being the person I am - and using human intelligence here - I suggest getting more granular with these minute details. They may appear insignificant, but being tech savvy is becoming increasingly less important to being identity and human diversity savvy - if the world data on the demand for Transversal / Human Skills is anything to go by. Ask ChatGPT V4. I believe they will agree.
Actually, it is factually accurate to show a bunch of white. This is essential because it accounts for the massive white, cis, male bias inherent in the program. He is not wrong. He is historically correct.
Respectfully, the real issues regarding diversity and representation are deeper than using certain photos. It is more than mouth service or simply changing front facing images., so it represents all of humanity. ChatGPT image creation relies on the “eyes” of AI and it does not do that when asked to create various images of humans. The default is European white. Knowing that the creators are white men allows us to understand the limitations and FIX them, not just dress them up.
Focus on the right thing.
Chat gpt is not accurate. It serves as a guide. It give irrelevant ideas.
