Hi Chris good night to you and your family I made it just like that and it was tasty my son told me I’m vegetarian but I make everything for my son my family is vegetarian only one son is non vegetarian have a warm night.
Looks great, but useless for people not in North America. Always disappointing when I see a recipe that looks amazing, then once I get to to the video, the ingredients include loads of branded seasonings not available outside the the North American market, especially when there’s no advice on how to make your own or what to use as as substitute. I appreciate that’s your main market, but it’s sooooo frustrating.
BBQ seasoning is available in all markets because it normally only includes salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar (if you like that), and whatever additions you have at hand. Ultimately you will gain flavor from the bbq sauce you use. There is no need for frustration.
Oven roasted chicken with bbq sauce, looks mouth watering 🔥

One of my favorites in winter. Great job Chris.
