Exactly. I can't sign in. When I try it says I'm trying to sign in with another user's account. So when I create a new user and sign in, yeah it signs in, but then it says my games are registered to the User I couldn't sign in to and the games are locked! So I can't even do anything!
Mine returns an error occured when I try to sign in. It shows up the QR code screen(without the actual QR code) for a few seconds before it returns with "an error occurred". I could not even input my email to sign in

Despite that I wanted to create my account for the region of china, but at the level of the verification to my email, it refers me to finish the verification on the validation of a code that must be sent to me on 1 Chinese phone number. What to do?
I did connect to other wifi back in 2 months and back to my wifi and it worked but now it doesn’t so i think it is related to license reset or 2 authentication password i dunno 🤷🏻♂️ i want to change to pc so badly rn lol

Can't enter "account management" because I CAN'T CONNECT it doesn't let me enter any info
Sign in using your computer, enable the two factor verification and try again. That’s what fixed my problem
Right on top of that is a selection called sign in I just pressed that and it's working now
This may not be too helpful but I just restarted my ps4 and the update worked
