And all he managed to do is grind out the league - as always anyway

As an arsenal fan, ive had my eye on this kid since he was on loan two seasons ago at Sunderland and saw a few games including the fa cup game against liverpool where he scored the winner. I knew then that this kid just needed a large run of games to show what he could do, having watched him this season (the last 6 weeks) and seeing his the level of output G/A , I truly believe this kid could get to the level of saka or higher. At his current trajectory I think everything we are seeing in terms of technical ability , determination and now discovered high stamina has been there since united bought him maybe just slightly honed and hasn't been coached into him. You just have to imagine if this boy was coached properly under ETH he would have been a level or two higher than he is now, with more goals and assists to his name. His final third decision making/footballing IQ is elite, is that of a much older player and hes very mature on and off the pitch . He is truly Naturally gifted talent like Greenwood when he first came on the scene. If united can get 2 or 3 players with his mentality and technical ability they should thrive.!!!

For me this is a really simple answer. Gundogan was supposed to be 2013 Robin van Persie. Pep is too good of a manager to not know this squad isn't as good as it looks, that it's being held up by great pillars, but without those it's bad. Signing after signing not working. He made a "get me over the line one more time before I get the fuck outta here" signing, and he's been left with his pants down

I’m not saying he’s not great.

It’s felt like Pep can have (almost) any toy in the store.

Craig saying about Rashford more in his plans than Antony.. first thing Amorim said when he joined us was he wants players with high intensity who are going to give everything for the badge. Newsflash, that ain’t Marcus Rashford. His attitude stinks. As poor technically as Antony is, his attitude has always been good. He always gives you 100% effort. And his cameos as a RWB this season have actually been quite impressive. Antony will be in his plans way more than Marcus Rashford. Rashford has had 9 lives with 6 different managers ffs. The situation with Sancho was he thought he was good and wasn't good enough and Eth gave him opportunities, time off and extra coaching and he still didn't perform his best and he ranted about Erik thats why he was booted because his ego was terrible to get given chances and didn't get his act together and Erik ten hag was apparently the bad guy.
So the dropping of rashford and garnacho will teach them a lesson as rashford has had a decent start since ruben came in and it'll teach him a lesson to try get him back to his best

TBH City´s Talent ID and recruitment is shocking for the past 2 years. Rodri and KDB got them over the line. Now everyone can see that KDB is not able to do it anymore. Fodan is ghosting for the entire season so far. The squad needs a huge overhaul. And im not sure City will be able to do it. Srsly if you are an elite player would you join City atm? Its not certain what will happen with the 130 charges and the outcome. Do you risk going to City and might be banned from european competitions? Join a Club who might get a transfer ban? Or even get relegated?
Every giant will fall one day. Remember when Real Madrid was awful? End of the 90s and early 2000s? When Barca took the piss out of Real? Couple years later Barca droped massivly. United, Chelsea, AC Milan, Inter Milan. So many "big clubs" suffered the same faith as City now.

When people compare Pep winning four in a row to Ferguson they never take into consideration FFP, Imagine if Blackburn Chelsea & City were unable to spend what was needed to compete United would've won five in a from from 92-97 and Ferguson would've won all eight leagues in a row from 05 until he retired in 2013 😂. It really isn't the same thing Pep has done at City, yeah he's won by ridiculous points compared to Ferguson but there is clear context behind that if actually look into it.

I feel that Rashford has fallen out of love of football. He shrinks in pressure situations.
It’s sad as an England fan because there’s a big hole at LW where England really lack quality (I do like Gordon but I don’t think he’ll ever get near a world class level.)
Saka - Bellingham - Rashford behind Kane would be an absolute dream if it Rashford could actually find his motivation to work for the team.

I have always said this about pep guardiola he has walked into teams that were already great and had plenty of money I do not see him on the same level as sir Alex Ferguson and arsenal's old manager arsene Wenger and even Jose mourinho Carlo ancelotti big Phil scolari even jurgen klopp has how can you have some of the best players on the planet It goes wrong and you don't have a plan B because you've always had a great team already there for you and plenty of money behind you in my opinion he's always had it easy Jose mourinho proved to the world when he won the champions League for Porto yes they're a big club in Portugal but on the world stage they wasn't meant to do what they did that year so no it's about time this Manchester city team it's about time they crumbled they're going to lose Just like Liverpool two or three players at the end of the season I just think Liverpool will bounce back better and Arsenal they had their chance they should have won the league twice now in the last two seasons but gifted it to Manchester City it's an end of an era they always come to an end CFC for life as we are starting a new era of world domination can't wait for the South American signings to turn up plus we add a Victor O or a Victor G to what we already have and maybe a number one goalie even though we have a couple of great prospects that are under 21 that could really go places but it's all about the hearing now for me I said at the start of the season with the squad we have we should be finishing in the top three not just inside the top four we should win the Europa conference league and no disrespect to the competition but hopefully it will be fiorentina Chelsea final and I think we will go far in the FA cup maybe all the way unless you see where we are at the end of January if we're still top or second and we're in touching distance of first place then we are in a title race first I want to see proper consistency from this team which we are starting to see I said way back when it started this run that we have to potential to win all 15 games in a row in all competitions it can be done it will be hard but we are doing it with the youngest squad in the league and this manager superb gliding us in the right direction just hope we can keep injuries at bay this year as they're starting to pop up again the same old suspects but we do have the January transfer window just in case which I do think Chelsea should reinforce with one or two players experience centre back maybe if not a goalie and definitely a number nine it won't stifle Nicholas Jackson I think it could help push him on further in his evolution as you just have to manage the players right there's no way you can go a whole season with just Jackson as our striker he gets injured who do we play Christopher or the Spanish under 21 boy crazy Manchester United won the treble when they had four strikers the games and the pace the modern game is played at today you seriously need backup in that number nine position and especially if we're going to challenge for titles year on year then we need the best of the best just have to look at what Chelsea are doing we will have everything set in place for the next 10 years and will only need to sign a player like a galactico once in a blue moon as will already have the complete squad after this season what's coming next season is frightening and the world knows it CFC for life come on you blues 💙 JK West London man

I don't think it's disrespectful to question Pep now. Yeah he's lost players but he's still got an excellent squad. He's just completely out of ideas and the players aren't listening and executing any more.
I've said throughout Pep's whole career that I need to see him work with a 'less than elite' group of players before I'll entertain claims of GOAT status. He has always had the best squad in world football, certainly the best in every league he's managed to the point of breaking every FFP rule in the book to facilitate him. He failed to win the CL with Bayern (who had just won the treble) and it has taken him a LONG time to win it with City in a really poor era of football. Other coaches would have won it quicker and/or multiple times IMO.
Jose, Fergie, Klopp etc all won major honours with pretty average players by turning them into an elite team... Pep has never done that and never taken on that challenge. Until he does, I just don't know how good he really is... Perhaps we're finding out right now.

About 20 mins before Amad scored, the Red Man TV content creators were cursing Amad saying that the little so and so had transferred the game from the time he came on in about the 82nd minute. And he had. Looked the best player on the pitch.
