@AMF96 I should be able to finish it up this week. I was hoping this weekend but I forgot we had a bunch of stuff going on. I love these old grizzly’s certainly worth bringing back to life!
@@rockspowersports Certainly! Looking forward to seeing the Grizzly 700 be brought back to life as well. But I know that one’s gonna require quite a bit more time and work.
Was there a part 2? I have an 05 660 that also needs some TLC. Coolant flush, cv boot, final drive oil change front & rear, and would like to see how you do the coolant flush and cv boots. Thanks Rock love the videos.
Hi. Rock. I have 700 diesel articat. Can you give me were I can buy most of the parts to repair the secondary and primary clutch. What parts are the same as other UTV I can use if Articat parts are unavailable. Thanks for your help.
@Bearupfarm I am not sure what other models might fit. I just gave a quick look and all the parts supplies I use don’t have any and shoes unavailable. Possibly check eBay for used parts.
@ColinThePanAmerican Some machines do. Here In Vermont they don’t issue titles for anything older than 15 years. So right now anything older than a 2008 does not need a title.
Hey I’ve got a question I have a prairie 650 that is faded really bad it’s basically white in areas but it doesn’t have the white stuff that you could pressure wash off / sand off should I try to sand it anyway or just go ahead and paint it?
@Plazma Wolf You’d could definetly bring the color back by sanding. It is quite a bit of work. I probably have at least 3 years sanding on this one. Painting is pretty quick but in my experience it will chip off.
@@rockspowersports I started sanding it earlier and the plastic went clear so I’m thinking that they painted it from the factory? Not really sure but I might have to just paint it because I don’t seem to be getting anywhere with sanding
@@Mrsomething854 The plastics went clear? Any of the Prairie’s I’ve seen are solid colored plastics all the way threw. If you don’t mind painting that will certainly be quicker.
I can’t wait until part two. Great video as always.
I just used a propane blow torch for my 07 Yamaha Big Bear 250.
I have a 09 550 grizzly and they are really reliable
@noah setzer I’ve never had the 550, I used to own a 08 grizzly 700. Loved that thing.
There a good machine be cool to see a transformation
Nice to see the progress 👍 can’t wait to see the final result. I’m planning on doing some restoration work on my 02 Grizzly 660 soon.

I loved my 2002 660 grizzly !! But I found after a couple years that it started to burn oil.
Looking much better

Unfortunately no, it’s still sitting in my shop. I got swamped with customers machines and that put a halt on my stuff.
What kind of wax did you use
Those pig tails at the back are bullet connectors for the brake light if u we’re wondering
@Atv Rider Ya I figured that out when I went to install the new tail light.
Amazing what some TLC can do .
@Mark Bow Right!
Love the videos man!
Thanks! Glad you enjoy them.
Good Job! 👌

Awesome
When you purchase some used four-wheelers, did they had any titles??

Made your mind up on that yellow honda forman yet?? I'm still interested
If you decide to sell that honda forman I promise I'll subscribe lol.
@Craig Richardson As tempted as that is, I really don’t want to sell the Honda right now.
Is part 2 coming?
I would definitely be interested in a plastic welder
@Andrew Insinga I forgot to add the link. I just did. They work pretty good but with anything it takes some time to get use to it.
Do you have any Yamaha blasters I am looking for one
I do not have any blasters
Do you have any videos on Honda rubicon 520s just wanna get some more knowledge than what I have
@Thomas Langton No, sorry I do not. I have not had the chance to run any of the newer rubicons yet.
Arkansas Wavin
What polish did you use
Try Plexus Plastic Cleaner & Polish. I use that stuff and it works amazing!
Hell yeah 🤙🤙
Going to sell it ?
@Mack Most likely when it’s finished.
Ur microphone 🎤 is acting up
@Lucas Perttu What do you mean acting up?
@@rockspowersports sometimes the auto doesn’t sound good breaks up
@@Bobbytrus12 Hmm I guess I’ll have to watch it on TH-cam. Before I uploaded it I thought it sounded fine. Thanks for letting me know.
