Explaining King Crimson is fairly simple with this analogy: Imagine a comic, two panels long. 1st Panel: Person with a full glass of water in their hand. 2nd Panel: Person with an empty glass of water on the table next to them. We assume that time passed between the two and can imagine what elapsed there. To King Crimson, the world's a movie, for everyone else it's reduced to a comic.
Or Vinesauce explanation... Epitaph sees 5 seconds into future. If Diavolo _don't like what he see_ he can erase it and people are confused nothing more, nothing less.
@@Iwatoda_Dorm This is more accurate. Many people think King Crimson is a time manipulation Stand when in reality, it's a fate-altering dimensional Stand. Diavolo bends fate when he doesn't like what he sees with the oracle stand Epitaph using the dimensional stand King Crimson, or he simply forces favourable fate without actual intervention like when Polnareff came back when he tossed himself or when Narancia got stabbed in the gate. The fact that people don't remember the time when King Crimson's effect was in use is just a side effect of the stand's power.
@Hassan Akhtar I can't really justify some of the things Diavolo does in the show with it if I go with the time manipulation theory and I fall into the "idk man that stand is just weird and inconsistent". Like when Polnareff tossed himself off the coliseum, if it were just a linear time stand, Polnareff would've just landed on the floor without remembering the flight downstairs, instead he reversed up to the time previous to the jump. Diavolo, with Epitaph, saw that he kills Polnareff on the second floor, so he used King Crimson to alter fate and keep him ln the roof. Same thing with the death of Narancia. King Crimson can't touch anything when in effect, so how he impales him through the gate? The only explanation is that Diavolo saw with Epitaph that Narancia died like that and used King Crimson to erase the "moment when it happened", and so because fate, the universe bends over backwards, just like with Polnareff, to make it happen. It warps Narancia up there. Every time Diavolo uses KC it falls perfectly with the fate altering ability, even more considering that the whole dynamic and theme of Diavolo's character is to escape and bend fate to his will. He revels in it, calling himself worthy and that fate choose him constantly. Only Giorno with Golden Experience Requiem makes him realice that Diavolo can't run away from destiny forever.
@Chance I mean, I don't think it is, I just think the explanation given sucks. I agree that in the beginning it probably was supposed just to be a time manipulator like all other antagonist stands, but changed on it's way through. Also, the explanation doesn't need to account for that because it's exploring what it's been shown to do, not the supposed intent. Still tho, it could be that I'm reading too much into it, but the shoe fits to the tee. Why wouldn't it be that?
King Crimson's ability is to erase an event in time while still keeping the effect of the event. That's why time just skips in the perspective of the other characters.
And, stands that are just manifesting for the first time don't have specific stats yet, so they have little to known strength but a lot of reach I think
Correct me if I’m wrong but from what we’ve seen this isn’t true.By looking at part 4 we see how Josuke tried punching surface’s stand user but wasn’t able to and the guy (yes I forgot his name) said it was because he was outside of his range.Then with Koichi when he tried using echoes to find Kira he wasn’t able to get close enough to seem his face and Koichi said it must be because he’s outside of his range of like 50 meters.So if we look at the actual examples it simply shows this isn’t true.
Jesse Carmona well I think what he’s saying is that koichi could go past 50 meters, but his stand would quickly become useless, only being able to pick up objects.
Also, stone free is a good example, stone free follows the same rule, despite being able to reach much, much farther. Definitely has alot of strength up close, but can hardly crush a coin at anywhere outside their effective range So their range is just where they're at full power, anything outside that, they're basically useless besides like, quickly grabbing something.

Easy way to understand how King Crimson works: Real life lag. Like how in a shooter game you end up shooting an enemy, they lag real bad and you miss all your shots, but they end up teleporting and killing you. But everything is normal from their perspective.

Actually, stand arrows don't work on aliens (or whatever Mikitaka, best boy, was) It just bounces off him. Mikitaka also couldn't see stands despite having stand-like abilities
11:09 I can explain that briefly King Crimson Erases Time for 10 seconds which makes EVERYTHING SOLID besides the ground not exist. Upon doing this. Near by people who are doing the actions that they are doing(In this case walking) will still walk while in Erased Time unlike in time stop. This also applies to Non-Living things like Blood Droplets dropping as we see in Part 5. What ever King Crimson does in that erased time will automatically effect what he does unlike in time stop where you have to wait until it ends. And whatever he does to that user(Ex: Making Him Bleed) will keep happening until Time Stops being erased, if you are Standing still tho then you won’t be able to do anything unless you have GER like Giorno. Epitath is just straight up simple. See 10 seconds into the future and what the enemy does. Example: Giorno is walking up stairs, King Crimson erases time and punches him in the head. After 10 seconds time resumes, Giorno has already reached the top of the stairs but falls and his spurs out blood.
@@Skibbutz It's probably permanent tbh. Chariot once fully transformed didn't detransform when it lost the arrow. Not to mention, even if it isn't I Giorno doesn't destroy the arrow, so even if it wasn't he could easily activate it again by stabbing himself. Also, we could assume that Requiem isn't temporary, since it doesn't really make sense for Diavolo to be condemned to his never ending loops if GER wasn't permanent, since we know a stand's effects are cancelled out once the stand/user dies from when Chariot dies.
I guess Sugar Mountain counts as that, and Les Feuilles. Sugar Mountain belongs to a tree, and Les Feuilles is the stand a bunch of trees that binds itself to fallen ginkgo leaves. I don't remember specifically how they were formed, though it wasn't the arrow and it was more likely created by the Saint's corpse.
Bites the dust is actually killer queen, as seen when Kira has to take it back to defend himself Also i would've differentiated suit stands from phenomenon, since they have a physical manifestation. Same with Talking heads and notorious big early stand(who looked like it was a close range type). Besides that, great video!! I enjoined it and It explained very well the concept of stands
This is how King Crimson works: Before he skips time he sees what's going to happen in the future and that's how he predicts his enemy's next move while he's skipping time the other stand user can't change a move of what he's going to do because just like in stopped time when King Crimson skips time the enemy is unaware of what's going on. Its basically a replica of frozen time

Bites the Dust is not a true Substand. it would be, if Kira could use Killer Queen while Bites the dust is active. Killer Queen's Sheer Heart Attack is a real substand. 8:53 Hierophant Green, is a very special case. it has range, but it doesn't seem to attack far from Kakyoin, or when it unconstructs itself. It is also capable for close range combat, even if it's not really strong with it, it has a chanche to defend itself to weaker Close range stands, such as Sticky Fingers, Gold Experience, Moody Blues, Kraftwork, The Hand, so anything that is not Star Platinum, The World, Crazy Diamond, Stone Free, Tusk, GER.
King Crimson isnt the understandable stand its D4C its abilities can range from pulling himself out a alternate reality without messing up a timeline and he can pull others out of their realities. A example for this is when he pulls out MOTHA FREAKING DIEGO WITH ZA WARUDO from a different dimension AND he beats Johnny to a pulp

Normally you would react to this and do something. But if king crimsons time skip was active (and the person running at you was the person who activated it) you would just sit there and continue eating your buger while the person gets closer to you and bam you get punched.

Would love to see Standology 102 or breakdowns of all the stands by parts and their abilities, types, where their names derive, etc. You could do enough of those for all parts in the anime until part 6 is animated!

(Mild spoilers for part 4 and 5) Actually requiem stands dont revert back to the standard version. The only reason chariot reverted was because Polnareff took the arrow away before the transformation was complete. Also I personally like to believe that Bite Za Dusto is a requiem ability but the term "requiem" wasn't thought of when part 4 was written. The reason I think this is because a requiem ability is granted to you to help you obtain what you desire the most when you or your stand is struck with the arrow. Just like Polnareff wanted to keep the arrow away from Diavolo and Giorno needed to counter King Crimsons time skip, Kira needed to conceal his identity and undo Hayato's death. Thus Bite Za Dusto was given to him
King crimson has the ability to erase the cause and have only an effect an example is say he punches you, you would never feel the his but feel the force and pain from the puch. Golden experience has the exact opposite of that power the cause but no effect an example is you would get hit by a truck and not die see the cause is the truck hitting u and the effect is u dieing but since there is no effect u never die thus diovolo went into an infinite loop of him dieing but not really
a basic tutorial of how King Crimson Works He can use his sub stand, Epitaph, to see 10 seconds into the future if the out come isn't in his favor he can skip those ten seconds like in the Metallica fight where he skipped the time where he was being shot by Aerosmith so that all the shots hit Risotto he can also make people see themselves 10 seconds into the future such as in the Bucciarati fight where he thought he saw the Diavolo's silhouette but it was himself 10 seconds into the future and that gave Diavolo time to attack Bucciarati, also when he is using time erase he can see peoples actions before they do it with a red version of them that is slightly transparent for a few seconds into the future their actions are slowed down too like when getting shot by Mista during the GER fight he was able to dodge Mista's bullets because he was able to see them coming but this ability has some flaws too like how GER was able to surpass King Crimson's Time Erase abilty and that if he wastes his 10 second timestop doing nothing but standing still like during the GER fight where he got muda'd then stabbed, then autopsied alive, then ran over. So even if his ability seems invincible he can get beat by a 15 year-old who has a dream
The requiem arrow does not give you a requiem stand, it works just like the others, you get a requiem stand if you are stabbed by the arrow a SECOND time, then it gives you a overpowered ability based on what you wanted more than anything at that moment, for example, Polnareff was about to get killed by Diavolo and at that moment what he wanted was a way to keep the arrow from Diavolo and not die, so the arrow gave silver chariot the ability to switch people's souls.

@Cristian Mathis (part 6 spoiler) i'm pretty sure Pucci was pierced with a requiem stand as well, he gained Whitesnake over the desire of wanting to keep his sister's memories alive.

In hamon beats video "debunking araki forgot part 6" he goes in more detail about this (And also if white snake is a requiem stand wouldn't whether report also be since weather got his stand from Pucci being stabbed )

i can understand king/emperor crimson's power. King Crimson can erase time up to 10 secs and epitaph can predict future. and hand chop is just the trick all stands can do. also because doppio and diavolo are sharing a body there are two stands epitaph and king crimson. epitaph belongs to doppio and king crimson belongs to diavolo
"Its a good thing requiem stands are only temporary" Requiem stands aren't actually temporary. Chariot requiem was killed by Bruno, and we dont know if Giorno still has GER. We never officially see Giorno after the end of part 5

It's never been a rule that a stand needs the arrow inside them to be requiem, the arrow was away from chariot for a while before it died. Its shown that it takes a while for the transformation to go through, you see the same thing happen when King Crimson temporarily touches the arrow, and the smoke effect appears slightly, but it falls out of his grasp before he can turn requiem

We see the arrow fall out of GE and even giorno himself literally held the arrow. Requiem only works situationally, not permanently, and Trish metaphorically said that the arrow is forever giorno's SIMPLY because Giorno is the one that will keep the arrow within his hands FOREVER.
@@flaplack4076 He doesnt. He only has GER in the most desperate of situations, and seeing as GER was formed when the arrow fused with GE and then again, we see the arrow in Giornos hands in the end, Its safe to assume GER eventually reverted back.
I didn't realise there was an actual "requiem arrow" I thought they all looked different to one another (not just that one) and the thing that causes the requiem is the arrow striking a stand rather than its user (i.e. the difference between Polnareff and Giorno vs Kira getting Bites the Dust)
Your correct,there is no "requiem arrow" if you have potential for a requiem stand, and stab your self with any of the other arrows you'll get requiem; and no wear in the manga or anime is it directly called the requiem arrow it just has a unique design.
11:12 to answer your question of "what is erasing time?" Time is defined as "the indefinite continued progress of existence and events in the past, present, and future regarded as a whole." So basically when Diavolo erases time He basically removes the progress for example If I pour water into a cup at a speed of 20ml/s And i have poured it for about 10 seconds My cup has 200ml However , Once I erase time , the time in which the cup had 60ml - 180 ml (depends on how much time you erase) has been erased meaning that even tho your outcome is the same , the progress which took the time to fill up the water is gone which is why the characters always not remember what has happened to them.
6:40 although not actually said, I think jotaro gained ptsd after the whole dio business and because he was still linked to dio (kinda) through their shared ability to stop time so that's why he refused to train it
King Crimson is quite easy to explain. He uses Epitaph to see 5 seconds into the future If he sees something inconvenient, he activates King Crimson. While King Crimson is active everything except for him is locked into their predicted actions/movements. He can then change his own actions to gain an advantage. (Throwing blood into Giorno's eyes) Also from the end of the Metallica fight, it seems he can also, if desired, remove his physical presence and so that objects (Aerosmith's bullets) do not touch him. Once King Crimson disengages, everyone, except the user, loses their memories of those seconds (max 5 like Epitaph) that King Crimson was active for. How far this memory lose reaches; I don't know.
you can obtain requiem from any kind of arrow. Though the arrow in passione was observed to awaken chariot's requiem form and was used a lot to attempt awakening more requiems
For Heaven's Door, that silver boy ISN'T Rohan's Stand, it's his imaginary friend. In Rohan's Introduction, he can only activate his Stand ability if people see any of his drawings, primarily his Art from the manga Pink Dark Boy. Not to detract from his talent, but that's the only thing Rohan can consistently and cleanly draw that quickly because of how often he draws him. The Next Time Rohan shows up, revealing how his "Stand" looks like, he explains that to activate his Book Ability on command he traces his drawing in midair, his Ability giving it life. So what Rohan ACTUALLY does is light-trace Pink Dark Boy into existence who then reads people like books. A bit complicated with a few extra steps, but was really creative for once. Then Araki just forgot about his own detail 'cos he didn't want to keep track of it, and just had Rohan summon him like every other Stand, which unfortunately made Heaven's Door LESS interesting. What a Joke. For an odd gimmick, Heaven's Door could've actually been unique for being a "NonStand" that has Stand Abilities. 🤔 Shoot, since Pink Dark Boy is Rohan's Manga Art, shouldn't that mean what we now know as Heaven's Door is visible to non-Users? Yes it's now a Stand, but it was originally a product of his ability, therefore is actually still just a drawing. So do Normies just see their favorite Mangaka (Rohan) 3D-Pen a comic book character to life in front of them? That would've been so interesting to consider, but instead we got slice of life BS that made the primary antagonist a secondary arc introduced mid-story.
I made this one myself. Name : Press start (it's also a musical reference so it fits with the theme) it would be able to alter the present using the past (for example if it hit your face where it was two seconds ago it would alter your face in the present but it wouldnt change the course of history) so dodging would be impossible because it would just hit you where you were before. It would be able to do this up to a minute before and it would have around the same phisical abilities as crazy diamond. It's desing would be a mixture of GER and moody blues with a orange and green colouring scheme.
How does he not know how king crimson works it’s puts a start point and an end point and everything in between that is either erased or the user is immune to all attacks during that time pretty simple and also u can tell he can’t erase time that already happened because he never did and he always used epitaph to see the future and erase that time SOOOOOO SIMPLE
If you wanna know how King Crimson’s Stand Works Here you Go King Crimsons Times erasure skips 10 seconds of time only diavolo can see this time pass but anybody affected won’t and will just feel like that time happened in an instant. King Crimson Cannot attack anybody affected while using his ability. Epitaph Just allows him to see 10 Seconds into the future but does not know how that 10 will happen e.g if Diavolo Sees that in 10 seconds he is going to get stabbed he knows it will happen but does not know how it will. If I forget anything comment it :D.
It's good to mention that during the 10 second skip, everyone besides Diavolo does the same actions they would have done in those 10 seconds if the ability didn't happen, they are tied by fate to do what they would have, but don't perceive themselves actually doing it. Also I am pretty sure Diavolo can control how much time he skips, 10 seconds is just the maximum.
Wait wait wait, Mikitaka (the alien(?) from Part 4) was never shown to be pierced by a stand arrow. he might just be the same kind of alien that originated the meteor(s) and might of just had his own powers that may be entirely unrelated to or exceed stands.
Araki still wanted to use use the names of songs in part three like star platinum was meant to be ocean man, the worlds name was holy diver (Ronnie James Dios song) thats why he has scuba gear on him and etc., but at that time Araki just was a bit more tame so when people asked him not to use those names he listened
Made my own stand. It’s called Ice Cube and it can discharge great amounts of electricity (like red hot chilli pepper but it can produce it by itself). It has 20m whips that has hooks at the end of each whip and the hooks can become electrified. He can wrap the whips around his hands into a gauntlet that can be electrified which make his punches faster and much more deadly. His stand cry is ‘DIMO’.
My stand would be Sun Blinder it is a stand with acts.Act 1 would just be a glowing useless ball.Act 2 would take the form of a dragon type creature but smaller that can blind people with its insane amount of light production.Act 3 would be a dragon that glows as bright as the sun seen from earth that you can only look at for 30 seconds without going blind this is long ranged as its breath burns people to death almost instantly.
King crimson is very complicated, but if you take a few long knights thinking about it in a row, you'll, never forget how it works. It basically turns the user invisible via transplanting the user into a basically dimension of its own where they can see everybody else and everybody else moves slowly, after a few dozen seconds in the real world have passed or when the user decides to come back to the real world, all time where the user was in that dimension, is completely erased from existence, except from the user. So If king crimson murdered somebody in the dimension when he deactivated it the person killed would be completely fine because that never happened, hence why Diavlo does not hurt people while in the erased time and why when fighting risotto, when risotto did his last hoorah to try and get Diavlo shot Diavlo erased the time where the bullets were passing through him in his world (did I mention he can not be hit while in this dimension) but released the second they were all through him because if they hit risotto and then he released it, it would be as if risotto would never have been hit and the bullet were just in the ground beneath risotto, I also think half of my explanation here is wrong, but if you need some sort of base understanding to improve upon further down the jojo fan life, this might be decent, a lot of things will probably change as you learn more, but I'm still learning as well, its also just really hard to explain, as I am reading over this right now half the stuff Is not coming through the way I meant it and a little confusing, but this is the best I can do. Also, if your ever wondering what King Crimson requiem would be like, it would include things such as having multiple dimension besides the just one that he usually goes into when erasing time which he can do pretty much he wants in to a limited amount, as well as the ability to drag people into these dimension, and bend the line between these dimension and reality, effectively replicating a sort of "dimension slash" like Yami's from black clover if you've ever seen that. (I do believe that he could probably have people, himself, or things exist in multiple of his dimensions at the same time or even have somebody both in reality and in these dimensions, where he could somebody in the just void, of a dimension, with nobody else there, but still have there body in the real world as well, also of course for a limited amount of time, the amount of time would vary by training similar to THE WORLD and STAR PLATINUM time stop. (I didn't spell dimension right the first time a single time in the entire writing of his.)

Imagine a comic, two panels long. 1st Panel: Person with a full glass of water in their hand.
2nd Panel: Person with an empty glass of water on the table next to them.
We assume that time passed between the two and can imagine what elapsed there.
To King Crimson, the world's a movie, for everyone else it's reduced to a comic.

Diavolo bends fate when he doesn't like what he sees with the oracle stand Epitaph using the dimensional stand King Crimson, or he simply forces favourable fate without actual intervention like when Polnareff came back when he tossed himself or when Narancia got stabbed in the gate. The fact that people don't remember the time when King Crimson's effect was in use is just a side effect of the stand's power.
@Hassan Akhtar I can't really justify some of the things Diavolo does in the show with it if I go with the time manipulation theory and I fall into the "idk man that stand is just weird and inconsistent". Like when Polnareff tossed himself off the coliseum, if it were just a linear time stand, Polnareff would've just landed on the floor without remembering the flight downstairs, instead he reversed up to the time previous to the jump. Diavolo, with Epitaph, saw that he kills Polnareff on the second floor, so he used King Crimson to alter fate and keep him ln the roof.
Same thing with the death of Narancia. King Crimson can't touch anything when in effect, so how he impales him through the gate? The only explanation is that Diavolo saw with Epitaph that Narancia died like that and used King Crimson to erase the "moment when it happened", and so because fate, the universe bends over backwards, just like with Polnareff, to make it happen. It warps Narancia up there.
Every time Diavolo uses KC it falls perfectly with the fate altering ability, even more considering that the whole dynamic and theme of Diavolo's character is to escape and bend fate to his will. He revels in it, calling himself worthy and that fate choose him constantly. Only Giorno with Golden Experience Requiem makes him realice that Diavolo can't run away from destiny forever.

The close range stand’s shown stat range is their effective range. That’s how jotaro got so much stuff in the first episode.
And, stands that are just manifesting for the first time don't have specific stats yet, so they have little to known strength but a lot of reach I think

Correct me if I’m wrong but from what we’ve seen this isn’t true.By looking at part 4 we see how Josuke tried punching surface’s stand user but wasn’t able to and the guy (yes I forgot his name) said it was because he was outside of his range.Then with Koichi when he tried using echoes to find Kira he wasn’t able to get close enough to seem his face and Koichi said it must be because he’s outside of his range of like 50 meters.So if we look at the actual examples it simply shows this isn’t true.
Jesse Carmona well I think what he’s saying is that koichi could go past 50 meters, but his stand would quickly become useless, only being able to pick up objects.
Also, stone free is a good example, stone free follows the same rule, despite being able to reach much, much farther.

King Crimson Erases Time for 10 seconds which makes EVERYTHING SOLID besides the ground not exist. Upon doing this. Near by people who are doing the actions that they are doing(In this case walking) will still walk while in Erased Time unlike in time stop. This also applies to Non-Living things like Blood Droplets dropping as we see in Part 5. What ever King Crimson does in that erased time will automatically effect what he does unlike in time stop where you have to wait until it ends. And whatever he does to that user(Ex: Making Him Bleed) will keep happening until Time Stops being erased, if you are Standing still tho then you won’t be able to do anything unless you have GER like Giorno. Epitath is just straight up simple. See 10 seconds into the future and what the enemy does. Example: Giorno is walking up stairs, King Crimson erases time and punches him in the head. After 10 seconds time resumes, Giorno has already reached the top of the stairs but falls and his spurs out blood.

Not to mention, even if it isn't I Giorno doesn't destroy the arrow, so even if it wasn't he could easily activate it again by stabbing himself. Also, we could assume that Requiem isn't temporary, since it doesn't really make sense for Diavolo to be condemned to his never ending loops if GER wasn't permanent, since we know a stand's effects are cancelled out once the stand/user dies from when Chariot dies.

Before he skips time he sees what's going to happen in the future and that's how he predicts his enemy's next move while he's skipping time the other stand user can't change a move of what he's going to do because just like in stopped time when King Crimson skips time the enemy is unaware of what's going on.

(Mild spoilers for part 4 and 5) Actually requiem stands dont revert back to the standard version. The only reason chariot reverted was because Polnareff took the arrow away before the transformation was complete. Also I personally like to believe that Bite Za Dusto is a requiem ability but the term "requiem" wasn't thought of when part 4 was written. The reason I think this is because a requiem ability is granted to you to help you obtain what you desire the most when you or your stand is struck with the arrow. Just like Polnareff wanted to keep the arrow away from Diavolo and Giorno needed to counter King Crimsons time skip, Kira needed to conceal his identity and undo Hayato's death. Thus Bite Za Dusto was given to him
You should do a second episode on Standology from the SBR universe, since there are many changes to the way Stands work there.
King crimson has the ability to erase the cause and have only an effect an example is say he punches you, you would never feel the his but feel the force and pain from the puch.
Golden experience has the exact opposite of that power the cause but no effect an example is you would get hit by a truck and not die see the cause is the truck hitting u and the effect is u dieing but since there is no effect u never die thus diovolo went into an infinite loop of him dieing but not really

a basic tutorial of how King Crimson Works
He can use his sub stand, Epitaph, to see 10 seconds into the future if the out come isn't in his favor he can skip those ten seconds like in the Metallica fight where he skipped the time where he was being shot by Aerosmith so that all the shots hit Risotto he can also make people see themselves 10 seconds into the future such as in the Bucciarati fight where he thought he saw the Diavolo's silhouette but it was himself 10 seconds into the future and that gave Diavolo time to attack Bucciarati, also when he is using time erase he can see peoples actions before they do it with a red version of them that is slightly transparent for a few seconds into the future their actions are slowed down too like when getting shot by Mista during the GER fight he was able to dodge Mista's bullets because he was able to see them coming but this ability has some flaws too like how GER was able to surpass King Crimson's Time Erase abilty and that if he wastes his 10 second timestop doing nothing but standing still like during the GER fight where he got muda'd then stabbed, then autopsied alive, then ran over. So even if his ability seems invincible he can get beat by a 15 year-old who has a dream

The requiem arrow does not give you a requiem stand, it works just like the others, you get a requiem stand if you are stabbed by the arrow a SECOND time, then it gives you a overpowered ability based on what you wanted more than anything at that moment, for example, Polnareff was about to get killed by Diavolo and at that moment what he wanted was a way to keep the arrow from Diavolo and not die, so the arrow gave silver chariot the ability to switch people's souls.

I didn't realise there was an actual "requiem arrow" I thought they all looked different to one another (not just that one) and the thing that causes the requiem is the arrow striking a stand rather than its user (i.e. the difference between Polnareff and Giorno vs Kira getting Bites the Dust)
Your correct,there is no "requiem arrow" if you have potential for a requiem stand, and stab your self with any of the other arrows you'll get requiem; and no wear in the manga or anime is it directly called the requiem arrow it just has a unique design.

So basically when Diavolo erases time
He basically removes the progress for example
If I pour water into a cup at a speed of 20ml/s
And i have poured it for about 10 seconds
My cup has 200ml
However , Once I erase time , the time in which the cup had 60ml - 180 ml (depends on how much time you erase)
has been erased meaning that even tho your outcome is the same , the progress which took the time to fill up the water is gone which is why the characters always not remember what has happened to them.

King Crimson is quite easy to explain.
He uses Epitaph to see 5 seconds into the future
If he sees something inconvenient, he activates King Crimson.
While King Crimson is active everything except for him is locked into their predicted actions/movements.
He can then change his own actions to gain an advantage. (Throwing blood into Giorno's eyes)
Also from the end of the Metallica fight, it seems he can also, if desired, remove his physical presence and so that objects (Aerosmith's bullets) do not touch him.
Once King Crimson disengages, everyone, except the user, loses their memories of those seconds (max 5 like Epitaph) that King Crimson was active for.
How far this memory lose reaches; I don't know.

For Heaven's Door, that silver boy ISN'T Rohan's Stand, it's his imaginary friend. In Rohan's Introduction, he can only activate his Stand ability if people see any of his drawings, primarily his Art from the manga Pink Dark Boy. Not to detract from his talent, but that's the only thing Rohan can consistently and cleanly draw that quickly because of how often he draws him. The Next Time Rohan shows up, revealing how his "Stand" looks like, he explains that to activate his Book Ability on command he traces his drawing in midair, his Ability giving it life. So what Rohan ACTUALLY does is light-trace Pink Dark Boy into existence who then reads people like books. A bit complicated with a few extra steps, but was really creative for once. Then Araki just forgot about his own detail 'cos he didn't want to keep track of it, and just had Rohan summon him like every other Stand, which unfortunately made Heaven's Door LESS interesting. What a Joke. For an odd gimmick, Heaven's Door could've actually been unique for being a "NonStand" that has Stand Abilities.
🤔 Shoot, since Pink Dark Boy is Rohan's Manga Art, shouldn't that mean what we now know as Heaven's Door is visible to non-Users? Yes it's now a Stand, but it was originally a product of his ability, therefore is actually still just a drawing. So do Normies just see their favorite Mangaka (Rohan) 3D-Pen a comic book character to life in front of them? That would've been so interesting to consider, but instead we got slice of life BS that made the primary antagonist a secondary arc introduced mid-story.

Name : Press start (it's also a musical reference so it fits with the theme) it would be able to alter the present using the past (for example if it hit your face where it was two seconds ago it would alter your face in the present but it wouldnt change the course of history) so dodging would be impossible because it would just hit you where you were before. It would be able to do this up to a minute before and it would have around the same phisical abilities as crazy diamond. It's desing would be a mixture of GER and moody blues with a orange and green colouring scheme.

King Crimsons Times erasure skips 10 seconds of time only diavolo can see this time pass but anybody affected won’t and will just feel like that time happened in an instant. King Crimson Cannot attack anybody affected while using his ability.
Epitaph Just allows him to see 10 Seconds into the future but does not know how that 10 will happen e.g if Diavolo Sees that in 10 seconds he is going to get stabbed he knows it will happen but does not know how it will.

It's good to mention that during the 10 second skip, everyone besides Diavolo does the same actions they would have done in those 10 seconds if the ability didn't happen, they are tied by fate to do what they would have, but don't perceive themselves actually doing it. Also I am pretty sure Diavolo can control how much time he skips, 10 seconds is just the maximum.

Wait wait wait, Mikitaka (the alien(?) from Part 4) was never shown to be pierced by a stand arrow. he might just be the same kind of alien that originated the meteor(s) and might of just had his own powers that may be entirely unrelated to or exceed stands.

Made my own stand. It’s called Ice Cube and it can discharge great amounts of electricity (like red hot chilli pepper but it can produce it by itself). It has 20m whips that has hooks at the end of each whip and the hooks can become electrified. He can wrap the whips around his hands into a gauntlet that can be electrified which make his punches faster and much more deadly. His stand cry is ‘DIMO’.
My stand would be Sun Blinder it is a stand with acts.Act 1 would just be a glowing useless ball.Act 2 would take the form of a dragon type creature but smaller that can blind people with its insane amount of light production.Act 3 would be a dragon that glows as bright as the sun seen from earth that you can only look at for 30 seconds without going blind this is long ranged as its breath burns people to death almost instantly.

King crimson is very complicated, but if you take a few long knights thinking about it in a row, you'll, never forget how it works. It basically turns the user invisible via transplanting the user into a basically dimension of its own where they can see everybody else and everybody else moves slowly, after a few dozen seconds in the real world have passed or when the user decides to come back to the real world, all time where the user was in that dimension, is completely erased from existence, except from the user. So If king crimson murdered somebody in the dimension when he deactivated it the person killed would be completely fine because that never happened, hence why Diavlo does not hurt people while in the erased time and why when fighting risotto, when risotto did his last hoorah to try and get Diavlo shot Diavlo erased the time where the bullets were passing through him in his world (did I mention he can not be hit while in this dimension) but released the second they were all through him because if they hit risotto and then he released it, it would be as if risotto would never have been hit and the bullet were just in the ground beneath risotto, I also think half of my explanation here is wrong, but if you need some sort of base understanding to improve upon further down the jojo fan life, this might be decent, a lot of things will probably change as you learn more, but I'm still learning as well, its also just really hard to explain, as I am reading over this right now half the stuff Is not coming through the way I meant it and a little confusing, but this is the best I can do. Also, if your ever wondering what King Crimson requiem would be like, it would include things such as having multiple dimension besides the just one that he usually goes into when erasing time which he can do pretty much he wants in to a limited amount, as well as the ability to drag people into these dimension, and bend the line between these dimension and reality, effectively replicating a sort of "dimension slash" like Yami's from black clover if you've ever seen that. (I do believe that he could probably have people, himself, or things exist in multiple of his dimensions at the same time or even have somebody both in reality and in these dimensions, where he could somebody in the just void, of a dimension, with nobody else there, but still have there body in the real world as well, also of course for a limited amount of time, the amount of time would vary by training similar to THE WORLD and STAR PLATINUM time stop. (I didn't spell dimension right the first time a single time in the entire writing of his.)
