There were some very interesting characters in the pipe club with many beautiful pipes on display. Really great to see everyone enjoying themselves.
I really like the Merschum pipes, and i am impressed at how everyone is dressed. I wish America had a pipe club like this. It would be nice to smoke a pipe with other smokers. Thank You Simon. The Winston Churchill pipe was my favorite. Wish I was you. Happy puffing.

Thank You for sharing and taking us along, those your meerschaums were remarkable, I usually smoke in meers whether St Bruno or Condor, the latter of which has tendency to ghost any other type of pipes, although there seem to be folks (mostly older pipers)who aren't bothered with this floral ghost,but I'm not the one of those, at least now,lol. Thanks for a great tour of the pipe club, very nice venue and an interesting talk with the meerschaum supplier. That is a very nice little jar you have. I noticed the 8681 can also be read upside down as 1898. Is the pipe club located in one of the tobacco shops?
I smoked that Danske Club Black Luxury quite often when I started pipe smoking, liked it very much👌 Same with the Danish Truffles🤤 But my pouches never had batteries and wires in them😆 You must to talk to the pouch and say hello hello can you hear me?
Simon, do they still make good English pipes in England?? I want to by a real old fashioned bent billard British though!! Authentic British pipe, that's what I want.
A couple of good sources for traditional English briars are Ashton or Northern Briars, both excellent makers. Of course there is always ebay for the old classics but one has to be careful about sources. On ebay I have had good luck with classic briars from Pipestud, Passion for Pipes, Second Hand Smoker and Great Estate Pipes, all first class sellers.

Hey Angus, I was just looking at some older messages and saw yours. I'm sure you can visit the club to see if you'd like to join. Membership is really cheap, I think it's about £25 a year. Its at JJ Fox on St James in central London
