Martin Sheen is one of the most humble actors I have ever met, Years ago me and my ex husband were traveling back home and stopped at a truck stop and Martin bought us dinner, He refused to acknowledge himself as a movie star but was only an actor. He seemed to be more interested in our lives than he did talking about himself. Not much of a person who is a big fan of any person but in my book Martin is a good man, Wish we could have had the time to get to know him a little better but I will always remember that day

One can tell that he's an ok person just by the interviews he does, as it shows whether one interacts easily and naturally with whoever's in front of them. However controlled and styled these people are, one can tell when they have an agenda or are selling something. Martin Sheen, as a rule, comes off as a throughroughlly sound guy.

It was a time when we were all worried about our son; To get welcome news like this from a Movie Star was as moving and greatly appreciated as anything you can imagine.

My mother is a flight attendant and she told me she had Martin Sheen on a flight one time, and he had Emilio and Charlie with him when they were young boys. She said he was very classy and well mannered. She had lots of nightmare brats on planes she had to deal with before that had bad manners. She said she would never forget how kind Martin Sheen was unlike other passengers she had to deal with.

I try my darndest to just take him for a joke but the more I watched this clip the more I saw the vulnerability of a lost soul of a father grieving the loss of his baby boys' life potentially (and if nothing else the loss of his innocence and his joy in his life) let alone a father/grandfather to Charlie's older daughter! You see a man here who is trying his DARNDEST to get into Charlie's heart and his yuckiness of his life but is failing miserably! I know this is a year out and such but what evidence do we have Charlie won't become a statistic in the next year even?
I met and shook hands with Martin Sheen back in 2011 when I was working at the AMC Theater in Olathe Kansas and he was there to preview his latest movie. When he walked up into the bleachers for a photo op with our staff he asked my name and we shook hands. I mentioned that I'd seen Apocalypse Now and Platoon and his face lit up! What a wonderful man and awesome actor, these few moments will be etched in my memory forever!
I think it's adorable that he was too terrified to meet Sinatra, and his playing out what he might've said: "Omigosh, Mr. Sinatra, I'm gonna faint; I've loved you ALL of my life!" It makes him so much more relatable than the typical "movie star!"

Truly my most favourite actor. A most humble man, an activist that will stand up for his peaceful beliefs. He seems to be a person that no-one could have a bad word to say about him. One of his first roles that I saw him in was in the Outer Limits TV show.

Sheen is definitely a super dad. He's gone through much travail with his son, Charlie. Yet he never throws him under the bus, however out there young Sheen's behavior is. The only other Hollywood dad I remember to be so supportive is Edward G. Robinson, who there for awhile was supporting a son who was having serious problems.

Martin Sheen is a national treasure. God bless him and his family. What an amazing man and an amazing actor!! And all of his kids are famous actors just like him.. I just think the world of Martin Sheen!! 💯 😊

Truly my most favourite actor. A most humble man, an activist that will stand up for his peaceful beliefs. He seems to be a person that no-one could have a bad word to say about him. One of his first roles that I saw him in was in the Outer Limits TV show.
A great actor and human being. I had the honor of working with him on West Wing and am grateful for this.

Sheen is definitely a super dad. He's gone through much travail with his son, Charlie. Yet he never throws him under the bus, however out there young Sheen's behavior is. The only other Hollywood dad I remember to be so supportive is Edward G. Robinson, who there for awhile was supporting a son who was having serious problems.
Martin Sheen is such a lovely man; he doesn't deserve the heartache of Charlie. The rest of his children are fine people, so at least he and his wife have that. I really enjoyed the movie The Way, that was produced by Emilio; very touching.
