Behind the neck presses get a lot of hate . It you have good mobility can build up the shoulders excellent. Snatch grip behind the neck presses (klokov) style strict. Can really build shoulders and traps great for athletes. Especially Football players and rugby players who just need them strong and powerful 💪
No jump power cleans would be a great way to train triple extension and triple flexion in the same day but of course always do your Nordiccurlsforthegirls
I think I would have to see Horace Grant's 300 pound power clean. I seem to recall a lot of big numbers for guys in this era in the power clean, squat, and bench. Ralph Sampson for example claimed a 275 power clean. Those numbers along with Grant's seem a bit inflated to me. But maybe these were real numbers.
Especially for a hooper of that time with that height... But ima relay this story to a 6"7 friend I train with so he can stop complaining about being too long for certain lifts 😂
