Was offered a job in the triangle and I explored the area not long ago. I think to call it boring is subjective but despite the investments and the people moving in, the area feels bland and uninspired. It lacks vibrancy and it doesn’t seem there is anything “interesting” to see. If you want to be in neighborhoods that are inexplicably SUPER quiet (you don’t even hear children laughing outside) then the area will seem attractive. Also not related to this video but Durham is one of the most run down, beat up, overpriced cities I have ever seen in the country and I’ve lived everywhere. Thanks for the video!
