@@GSMBISMA I have a Samsung A72 for 2 months now. It is charging now and then. 90% of the times when I plug the charger the battery icon flashes and it doesn't charge. I've of course tried different cables, reset, safe mode, app to repair the battery and nothing works. Those apps are telling me that the battery temperature is low, sometimes -18°, other -14°, of course it is not frozen inside the house. I think it is a battery temperature sensor problem. If it detects a low temperature it stops charging. Any ideas?
The same issue with my samsung A72 phone and its been 2 months since i turned over it to the repair shop ( under warranty). So disappointed to samsung product ( same happened to my samsung A71 before i purchased A72). It seems paying a premium price but of low quality products.
@@GSMBISMA thanks. My phone was already rturned back to me in good condition. Thanks to the Samsung technician who fixed the issue. According to him he changed the diffective part inside and it backs to normal now. I been consulted with google n youtube before i send it to the technician to fix the issue but it wont work. there was really a deffective part inside that only the techs can do.
