But now after coming America I started drinking water with touching my lips. *And one time a girl asked for water and I was trying to explain her that I touched my lips to it. A lot of Americans do this! It's called waterfalling! It's usually something you either request someone to do or ask if you're the one borrowing. Some people are more uptight about it than others (I def prefer waterfalling so nobody's backwash gets in my water 😭😭)
