Quick change on the contact tip ,yes, problem is the crud/slag build up in the nozzle/diffuser assy. There is no easy way to clean it out. Also if you are not diligent on cleaning the nozzle/conductor threads prior to reassembly, YOU will be buying a new conductor tube. Walt Smith
