Hey Brad! Hope you're doing OK! We understand that life takes its turns and we hope that you are living your best life! Enjoy your Toronto transit vids....... miss your cruising vids!! Take care ! George and Terry in Kansas City, MO !😊😊😊
Thanks for uploading this! I still have my original VHS video of this Documentary that I purchased from Sam the Record Man when I saw it written about in the Toronto Star. I've watched it many times. I rode the PCCs many times, especially when they were exclusively on the Harbourfront streetcar route that went into Union Station. I grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio and many of Toronto's PCC streetcars came from Cincinnati. I don't remember the streetcars in Cincinnati as they were taken off the streets in 1951. Trolley buses remained until 1965 in Cincinnati. It is great that T.O. has maintained its streetcar public transit Tradition. However, I do miss the Flyer trolley buses that were here in Toronto. -- John
Video cameras have come a long way, a long long way, thanks for posting. Pcc cars were my favourite for the simple reason that you could stick your arm out the window on a hot sticky summer day.
Great video. Thanks for sharing. I wish their was more footage of the rebuilding of the PCC cars
Great video.
Great video on the pcc cars
I love the PCC streetcar best ❤😊

00:31 I miss these beautiful PCC’s and the unobstructed view of the CN Tower. ❤️
The current gen of TTC streetcars are hard on the eyes!
