Lure Casting For Murray Cod From Kayaks In The Ovens River With Adam And Willis

We are fishing from kayaks casting lures in the Lower Ovens River downstream from the Rural City Of Wangaratta in North East Victoria Australia.I am joined by a mate from work Adam and his Son Willis, Adam is a passionate angler and is heavily into fishing with surface lures and is involed in running two facebook pages "Freshwater Surface Fishing" and "Freshwater Obsession" The video is filmed in the Summer in Australia.

Thanks Michael the river is alive with activity, I didn't want to put in too much background music so people could just experience the natural environment there somtimes a bit too much activity as far as the mosquitos after dark!

HOMIE...Awesome work. That echidna was about as random as seeing a 70yo man backstroke across Lake Hume in the middle of August. LOL
No summer drift would be complete without a Labrador moment. Loved it. Awesome work.

An Echindna swimming across the river must be rarer than I thought if you haven't seen it all that often I am kicking myself I didn't get a close up of it I thought I was filming with my phone but I wasn't 🤦‍♂️I hope you don't mind me saying "see you later mate" you started somthing when you got me to say it in your Lake Hume Trout fishing video!
