- Redoing the rear mount radiator for the Quad turbo LS S4.
This setup will be more sleek, should cool 1000hp+ and should “auto bleed”.

Modified an expansion tank that I bought off Amazon. I also had to modify the inlet and out of the radiator to make the new expansion tank work. In theory because I'm returning the coolant to the expansion tank first, it should allow the air to separate from the coolant. This should have less chance of air getting pushed through the radiator.
I intentionally went larger on the expansion tank to the radiator in hopes that it does not get backed up. If you also notice the extension tank inlet is pointed towards the outlet/drain so there should be minimal coolant time in the tank. The expansion tank is also slightly angled to have the outlet at the lowest point.
I followed the angle of the EWP150 from Davies Craig manual as well.
