thank you. As you told that Live vaccine remain life time ( I mean the immune path/memory) , why we repeat live vaccine on interval? like you mentioned about polio , kids has it shots many time in childhood.
I am sorry if this is seems basic question to you, but I am not biology student :)

There is an idea called 'Booster dose' as the scientists realized that single shot of vaccine is not able to provoke enough memory cell for future immune response. They made it into several shots and give multiple stimulations to the immune system. I hope it can help you understand it
